Whether used for fitness and training classes or in official athletic competitions and combat / MMA events, the Platinum Professional Fight & Gym Timer enables the user to program up to five separate timers with instant accessibility.
Programs can be created using the following parameters:
- Time of Action / Round Time (5 seconds to 90 minutes)
- Time of Pause / Rest Time (0 seconds to 90 Minutes)
- Number of Cycles / Rounds (0 to 99 count)
- Optional Final Pause to follow the last Round (0 seconds to 90 minutes)

My Favorite
I coach at a gym and we have 2 sister gyms. Between us we've tried 3 different clocks and this one is the best. Having the buttons on the clock makes a huge difference. We have a different one at my gym and after 4 years, the remote no longer works, so all it's good for is a clock. Same at another gym, different clock same problem. Our head gym has had this clock for 5 years and never had a problem. I'm ordering one now for mine.

Great addition to garage gym
Received this today. Didn't come with any instructions so had to find online.
Took a little while to figure out how to program, but soon (20 minutes) had 5 different interval timers set up.
Installed on garage gym wall (has a stand if you'd prefer) and did a circuit soon after receiving.
Good size display, loud buzzer, easy to use, large remote. Just what the gym needed.
Only additions I would have liked are a clock and a 3-2-1 count down to start the workout, but the extra $100+ to get these features that the No Limits timer has, didn't seem worth it...
Overall. Great buy. Will use it every workout to time rest periods if not doing a circuit.
