Developed by David Weck, the inventor of the BOSU® Balance Trainer, the 21" RMT® Club comes in four weight increments (2LB, 4LB, 6LB, 8LB), each with a 6” diameter head. This uniquely durable but flexible head, combined with a fixed reinforced handle, enables the club to withstand rapid, multi-directional swings at high intensity.* It also contains an internal shifting weight for dynamic resistance and audible feedback, which can be used to create and cue fluid movement patterns (no sound) or intense resistance when changing direction (sound).
The RMT® Club can be used as a beneficial tool for sport specific training, as well—from golf to baseball and everything in between. It improves shoulder strength and range of motion, hip and trunk rotation and power, forearm and hand strength, and overall swing mechanics. Many athletes also utilize the flexible head as a convenient roller for myofascial release.
*PLEASE NOTE: The RMT® Club can be used for striking, but only on a padded surface that is at least 2" thick, such as a heavy bag, padded wall / floor mat, BOSU® Ball, etc). It should NOT be struck on rubber mats, walls, concrete, etc.

Very useful tool
I bought the 6 pounder and the eight pounder and use both. They work great for my shoulder problems and the fact that they are softish rubber makes it easier for when you inevitable brush your head and back. The fact that the weight is not solid makes for an interesting change from my clubs and maces. Only issue I have is with the handles. They seem sturdy but make a worrisome clicking at the seam. Maybe consider a sturdier handle design. I am going to tape mine up.

Great Workout Tool
I use it for strength, skill and warm-ups, really incredible tool for the workout quiver. Still learning more and more exercises and putting them in the line-up. Really gets your body to a more explosive movement state. I have the 8lb.

Great for rotational strength and mobility
I am very pleased with the RMT Club (4lbs) as I had added it to my strength training and HIIT routines. I added a RMT Club workout to my routine every 3 days and after about a dozen sessions I have more shoulder mobility, upper body flexibility, I would imagine more rotational strength. I train with this club to help me with golf specific movements and I have noticed about 2mph in driver club head speed since adding this to my workouts. I am in the process of speed training for golf and the RMT Club is helping build a solid foundation to build speed and prevent injury. I highly recommend this product.

This thing really works!
When I got the RMT, it was strictly based on word of mouth of how helpful it was to developing explosive power in the shoulder. I was amazed at the other applications that it had, and if done right it makes for a solid total body workout really gets the sweat going.
