Bandbell E-Maxx BarThis bar does everything advertised and then some. The bar quality is superb. I really like the rubber bumper type material on the bar where it goes into the J-Hooks. Kettle bells and short mini bands produce an insane amount of instability. Heavier bands and weight tames this a bit but not much. Hanging weights with Stump straps produces a sandbag like "mush" to the movement. I have absolutely been owned by 205# with this thing and I bench regularly upwards of 405. My son has begun using as well as he plays baseball. He and I both really have come to appreciate the way this bar makes our shoulder feel afterwards. I've also been using it in place of a regular bar for accessory movements such as barbell curls. Curling a wobby 45# makes my arms about explode after a few sets. That's what we're after right? If you have sketchy shoulders, are re-habbing / pre-habbing from an injury, you NEED this bar, highly recommended folks!

First Workout Was Great!Bought this last week and was delivered about 3 days later. Wanted to take to the gym then and there, alas my bands were scheduled for delivery on a different day so had to wait a couple days.
The only negative thing about the experience was the shipping package. It was in a big cardboard tube, and it was thick an sturdy - however - the ends were open and the UPS driver said it had been sliding out all day. Not any real damage, just some rub marks and scratches - not a huge deal, but would have preferred to put my own dings on it, not have it pre-dinged.
The positive - I’ve had microfracture on my left shoulder - had multiple quarter size lesions and all that torn cartilage floating around, plus an impingement from time humping a heavy ruck. That was 2 years ago, and I’ve come a long way, even though I still have to get cortisone and Euflexxa injections for pain.
Decided to get this to help maybe shore up some weaknesses and turn it into a once a week full body BandBell Bar day. Today was day one and it was flipping excellent. Did flat chest normal, then some close grip for triceps - only put 150lbs on, stopped short of full extension each time and held for a few seconds against the bat movement - 4 sets of ten, holding the last rep until the bar stopped moving on each set. Man it was tiring, and I tried like heck to bring the bar down to the same area of my chest each rep as well - man it felt good.
Also did standing military presses, bent over rows, front squats and wide squats.
Was a fun workout and I’ll add some more exercises with it each week - heck just taking steps to re-rack during squats was a workout with the way it was moving.
Very glad I purchased this!
