Build strength without compromise with the Rogue 29MM Stump Bar. The Stump Bar is a rackable, short-sleeve version of our stainless steel Ohio Power Bar, built with the same 29MM diameter, 200,000 PSI, little-to-no flex shaft, bronze bushings, and aggressive knurl pattern. Though the shorter sleeve length (7.3125” vs 16.25”) reduces its potential weight loads, the 30LB Stump Bar is ideal for home gym owners who train in tight quarters or facilities tight on space who don’t need full-length sleeves for their powerlifting movements.

EFFICIENCY MEETS FUNCTIONALITY
The compact design doesn’t equate to lifting light weight. With a loadable sleeve length of just over 7" this bar has the capacity for (4) standard iron plates on each end, while still leaving ample room for collars. The 51.58” spacing between the sleeves allows this bar to be racked on any standard power rack or squat stand. This barbell allows for a wide range of strength movements from the rack or floor, all within limited space constraints.
For those looking to maximize the weight on shorter sleeves, the Rogue USA Olympic Plates or Rogue KG Calibrated Plates will allow you to exceed a 500lb+ total bar load.

TENSILE STRENGTH
Expressed in PSI, tensile strength measures the maximum weight a barbell can support before deforming. The 200K tensile strength falls within the optimal range of not bending under normal use, yet not been inflated to the point that it will shorten the life of the bar.
BARBELL KNURLING EXPLAINED
Our signature power knurl is machined in a pattern that is deep and coarse, providing an ideal surface for heavy pulls without being sharp or abrasive.

Belangrijkste kenmerken van de 29MM Stump Bar
Een korte power bar, geschikt voor rekken
De Stump Bar is een ruimtebesparende, innovatieve halterstang. Hij is ideaal voor sportschooleigenaren die het gevoel, de functionaliteit en de opbergmogelijkheid van een standaard power bar willen, maar niet de volledige lengte van standaard schijfopnamen gebruiken. Met een totale lengte van 68,3125" is deze halter ongeveer 18" korter dan de Ohio Power Bar en weegt hij onbeladen 15 LB minder (30 LB versus 45 LB). Dankzij de standaard schacht met een diameter van 29 mm, kartelsporen voor powerlifting en de mogelijkheid om de halter dankzij de kleinere afstand tussen de schijfopnamen in een rek te plaatsen, kunnen atleten met de Stump Bar trainen zoals ze zouden doen met een halterstang van volledige lengte. Deze halterstang bespaart veel ruimte, alleen de maximale belading is minder.
Treksterkte van 200.000 PSI
De stalen schacht met een diameter van 29 mm heeft een treksterkte van 200.000 PSI, hetzelfde als onze Ohio Power Bar met volledige lengte. Dit levert superieure stijfheid op met vrijwel geen zweep/flex. De Stump Bar wordt machinaal bewerkt en geassembleerd in Columbus, Ohio (VS), en is voorzien van borgringen en hoogwaardige bronzen bussen voor een soepel, consistent gevoel. De score F16-R op onze F-Scale voor duurzaamheid is twee keer zo hoog als die van de Ohio Power Bar, omdat de kortere schijfopnamen het effect van elke impact op de halter verkleinen.
Grove karteling
De halterstang heeft enkele powerlifting-markeringen en een karteling in het middenstuk, met een diep, grof patroon dat een betrouwbare grip geeft zonder scherp of schurend aan te voelen. Het perfectioneren van dit kartelpatroon is zowel een wetenschap als een kunst. Finishing touches
Elke Stump Bar heeft een roestvrijstalen schacht en schijfopnamen met een gepatenteerde matzwarte afwerking. Roestvrij staal heeft een ongeëvenaarde weerstand tegen oxidatie en zorgt dat het oorspronkelijk bedoelde gevoel van de karteling wordt behouden. We passen voor de schijfopnamen van deze halter een uniek, nieuw afwerkingsproces toe, waarbij het oppervlak van het staal wordt getransformeerd in plaats van het te coaten. Hierdoor worden de corrosieweerstand en het kleurbehoud van de matzwarte afwerking op de lange termijn aanzienlijk verbeterd.
F SCALE™
De F Scale™ is een duurzaamheidsschaal voor halterstangen gebaseerd op functionele tests met belasting vergelijkbaar met de val van een halterstang van boven het hoofd. OXIDATIEWEERSTAND

*De garantie tegen buigen kan komen te vervallen voor een halterstang die beschadigd is door nalatig of foutief gebruik, aanpassing, onderhoud, opslag of gebruik door de gebruiker. Onder nalatig of foutief gebruik valt het laten vallen van de halterstang (op een kist, bank, noodsteunen of pennen in een krachtrek, te veel laten vallen met onvoldoende of beschadigde bumperplates, of overmatig laten vallen met ijzeren plates en vergelijkbaar gebruik). Eventuele specifieke problemen met betrekking tot een product van Rogue waar een klant niet tevreden over is, zullen per geval worden beoordeeld. We hebben vastgesteld dat de meeste problemen met halterstangen die we vervangen te maken hebben met foutief gebruik in plaats van met productie- of materiaalproblemen.
