Rogue is offering this limited run of our 15KG Women’s Bella Bar, featuring a black cerakote shaft, black cerakote sleeves, and red composite bushings. This same color scheme is available for the 20KG Ohio Bar, as well.
From garage gyms to the annual CrossFit Games, the Rogue Bella Bar has been a staple of women’s training and competition for years. Each of these bars are Made in the USA utilizing a 190,000 PSI steel shaft (same as the Ohio Bar), a hybrid knurling pattern for a firm but non-abrasive grip, and new composite bushings for a perfect balance of rigidity and natural whip. Like the other colorways of our Cerakote Bella Bar, this bar is distinctive for its polymer-ceramic composite coating—originally popularized in the gun industry for its durability in thin applications.
Built with as much attention to detail as any bar in the Rogue family, the Bella Bar remains a women’s weightlifting bar forged on equal ground.
The durable polymer-ceramic coating known as Cerakote can deliver superb abrasion/wear/corrosion resistance over time—100X that of standard black zinc—making it a great way to keep a barbell looking and performing better over the long haul. This Bella Bar features a unique cerakote color scheme with a black shaft, black sleeves, and distinctive red composite bushings (rather than the Bella’s usual bronze bushings).
The quality steel used in the Bella Bar is manufactured in the US and has proven to be one of the best steel variants for a multi-purpose barbell. Each barbell shaft is ground and polished prior to machining which allows the bar to have a very smooth finish.
Built to International Weightlifting Federation standards for women’s competition barbells, the 15 KG Bella Bar offers a slightly condensed size from standard men’s bars without sacrificing any of the performance elements. Every bar shaft is machined in Columbus, Ohio, with carefully refined knurling for a firm but non-abrasive grip. The Bella Bar’s snap ring design and quality bushings help produce an ideal combination of the consistent “whip” needed for Oly lifts and the ample rigidity required for heavy powerlifting.
The resistance of a barbell to oxidation depends on the type of steel and the coating. Barbells at the lower end of the spectrum will require more care and maintenance to preserve their appearance than barbells at the upper end of the spectrum.
The F Scale™ is a durability scale for barbells based on functional testing at stresses similar to what barbells experience when being dropped from overhead. Bars that have been treated with Rogue Work Hardening (RWH™) are designated by having an R in their F Rating™. For more information on F Scale™ click here.
Please Note: Cerakote has an excellent resistance to corrosion, but metal-to-metal contact, particular on the sleeves, can still cause wear over time. For the best long term results, some cleaning and maintenance may be required. See our Ohio Bar Care Page for more info.
*Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, or excessive dropping with iron plates, and similar usage). Any specific issues regarding a Rogue product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We have found that most problems with bars we replace are related to abusive use rather than manufacturing or materials issues.
