Great quick snack
I have to have these quick go to snacks to keep me full. Better than grabbing a quick snack out. You can’t go wrong with this flavor and the caffeine is a bonus!

Good stuff
I was using organic sweet potato baby food and having a shake pre workout before trying this. This puts it all in one and taste pretty good too. Only thing is grabby food is a lot cheaper, but the. You're burning through protein too. It's a trade off

I love this product. I used to eat the applesauce in baby food packets and always had to combine it with something else in order to get protein; costing both time and money. Enter Fuel for Fire. Now I get my pre-workout or post workout fix in a convenient way that tastes great, is easy to digest, and perhaps best of all, can be taken on the go. I keep this at home, in my office, in my car, and in my gym bag. Definitely my go-to when I need nutrition and don't have time to make something. Highly recommend.
