The LegFlexx is a flywheel training machine designed for seated leg curl exercises, targeting the hamstrings. Using Exxentric’s flywheel technology, it provides adjustable resistance for a variety of strength levels. Compact and mobile, with built-in wheels and handles, it fits easily into any home gym, commercial facility or pro training environments.

OPTIMIZED HAMSTRING TRAINING

The LegFlexx provides smooth, variable resistance through its flywheel-based system, giving users precise control over the range of motion and the intensity of each repetition. An integrated phone holder makes kMeter feedback easily accessible during training, helping users track performance in real time. Built-in handles and wheels allow for easy repositioning, while the absence of a traditional weight stack increases mobility and versatility, making it suitable for flexible gym layouts, circuit training, and professional performance setups.

FLYWHEEL RESISTANCE

The LegFlexx includes standard flywheel capacity up to 0.280 kgm², with laser-cut, powder-coated carbon steel construction. Users can equip up to four flywheels in five different sizes, and an Advanced Flywheel Knob allows additional flywheels for expanded resistance options. This setup provides adaptable training for a range of strength levels and workout objectives.
