Westside Standing Leg Curl

Developed by powerlifting legend Louie Simmons and Westside Barbell, this American-made Standing Leg Curl Machine features a simple but scientific design that promotes proper form by stabilizing the knee and hips during the standing leg curl movement. Safely and efficiently isolating the hamstrings in this fashion can not only produce better results for the athlete, it can also help reduce some of the risks of hamstring and knee injuries down the road.

The Westside Standing Leg Curl Machine features a solid-welded frame, foam/rubber grip handles, and a large vinyl-covered roller pad. Two industrial-grade Pillow Block Bearings and an auto-adjust pivoting roller provide ultra-smooth movement throughout the entire range of motion for users of all sizes. The unit creates a relatively small footprint (44” H x 47” W x 25” D) and makes a great complement to Westside’s other posterior chain machines: the Reverse Hyper, Inverse Curl, and Belt Squat.
