The M-Lite Half Rack is manufactured in the USA and features (4) 90” tall uprights made from 3x3” 11-gauge steel with 5/8” numbered holes and a Medium Gloss Black finish. The unit can be ordered with an inside depth of either 17” of 24” and comes standard with:
- (1) Laser-Cut, Black-On-Black Rogue Nameplate / Back Crossmember
- (1) Single Skinny Front Pull-Up Bar
- (8) Plate Storage Posts - 12.5” Loadable Length, Signature Texture Black
- (1) Set of Standard Monster Lite J-Cups - Signature Texture Black
- (1) Set of Band Pegs - Black Zinc
- (2) Angled Monster Lite Front Feet - MG Black
- All Required 5/8” Hardware
The front foot design is a new M-Lite variation on the type we introduced with the Monster Collegiate Half Rack. Extending 30” from the face of the front uprights with holes spaced 2” on center, these angled feet help keep the rack firmly stabilized even when dropping weight on a set of (optional) Safety Spotter Arms.* They also provide convenient attachment points for doing band work in front of the rack, or for adding compatible accessories like the Rogue Landmine. Please Note: If you plan to use the Half Rack for band work, we recommend fastening the unit securely to the floor. Floor mounting hardware is not included.
*Rogue’s Monster Lite Safety Spotter Arm pairs are available to add to your order at additional cost, and are recommended as an important safety feature for anyone planning to lift on their own. The 3x3” 11-gauge steel arms and UHMW lining help protect both the athlete from injury and the barbell from damage on a drop.

SMALL FOOTPRINT, HIGH STORAGE CAPACITY
The Monster Lite Half Rack can be ordered with an inside depth of 17” or 24”, offering two space saving alternatives to a typical 43” depth power rack. A set of 8 included plate posts, each with 12.5” of loadable length, provides even more space-efficiency, with the ability to store a full complement of plates within a convenient arm’s reach.

ANGLED FRONT FEET FOR STABILITY & ATTACHMENTS
Adapting an angled foot design from our Monster Collegiate Half Rack, the foot attachments included with the M-Lite Half Rack each extend 30” off the facing of the front two uprights, and include a series of 7 numbered holes (5/8” in diameter, spaced 2” on center) along the horizontal portion of the attachment, plus 4 additional holes along the angled portion. Along with reinforcing the stability of the unit, these foot extensions also make it easy to attach band pegs out in front of the rack, as well as other Monster Lite compatible accessories like the Rogue Landmine.

QUALITY ROGUE MANUFACTURING
All of our M-Lite Half Racks are manufactured in the USA using 3x3” 11-gauge steel with a Medium Gloss Black finish. 17” and 24” crossmembers are available depending on the inside depth you prefer, and all units come with a Single Skinny front pull-up bar, a Rogue Nameplate back crossmember (in black-on-black), a set of J-Cups and band pegs, and all required hardware for set-up (not including hardware for optional floor mounting). Please Note: You will need two 15/16" wrenches or socket wrenches to assemble this rack.

It's a MONSTER!
There is nothing "Lite" or "Half" about this rack. This rack is a piece of American Steel Art. I love the numbers on the uprights. With a 24" base, I could easily lift inside this rack comfortably or else easily convert this rack to a full rack if I ever wanted. It is very stable even without being bolted down.

ML Half Rack - Smaller Footprint...Zero Compromise
I recently purchased the ML Half-Rack and am extremely impressed with it's quality and effectiveness. The rack and associated equipment is extremely well-constructed and will likely last a lifetime. The weight of the rack is unreal, making it surprisingly stable, even against my best efforts to shake the thing, it doesn't budge, especially when weighted down with all the bumper plates, bar, and associated equipment. One of the things I love most is the compact design, to which, I thought I'd be sacrificing workout assortment and flexibility. Ultimately, I have not been hindered in any way. I even received feedback from a full-rack owner that they wished they could go back and get this half-rack. I had a minor issue with the Rogue crossmember that was ultimately resolved within a couple days, great customer service. This is so heavy and the posts are so long I'd recommend not trying to stand this up and connect the sides alone...unless you are Thor. I love this rack and would buy it again, even if I had more space in the garage!

Equipment has excellent quality and stability
I bought the Monster Lite Half Rack 24” at the end of April along with the 24 Monster Lite Safety Spotter Arms and Kettle Bell Shelf (as well as misc equipment I.e. medicine balls, kettlebells, etc). Everything shipped quickly and I had all of the parts within 10 days. Rogue did ship only 3 of the 4 legs for the rack initially. I emailed customer service and sent them photos of everything and the boxes as they were delivered and they sent a replacement out with no hassle. Other than that the rack was easy to build. I would add that Rogue should have a “master” assembly instruction sheet showing all possible parts and pieces (I.e. shelves, etc) and recommended assembly order instead of separate instructions for all pieces. Note that if you buy the kettlebell shelf be sure to install it before you tighten down all of the bolts on the rack because you won’t be able to slide it in otherwise. This will save you some bad words and having to go back and loosen bolts and then tightening down again.
After about 6 weeks of using my new equipment I am super pleased. It is sturdy and does not sway at all, even with doing chest to bar pull ups, toes to bar, or KIP swings. I feel 100% confident in the stability and longevity of this equipment for myself and my family.
