Adjustable Bench 2.0 Spotter Deck

Rogue Adjustable Bench 2.0

Made from laser-cut 2x3” 11-gauge steel with a bolt-together construction and full portability, the redesigned Rogue Adjustable Bench offers more options and comfort than the original model, all at a lower price.

The Adjustable Bench 2.0 features (6) incline positions ranging from flat / zero degrees up to approximately 85 degrees. The seat has two adjustment settings, as well, and—unlike just about every other adjustable weight bench on the market—there is virtually no gap between the seat pad and the back pad. This means athletes can program their functional presses and arm movements through a full range of inclines without dealing with the discomfort of a disjointed bench.

By taking advantage of construction efficiencies, we were able to make a higher quality bench at a lower cost than the original. The new design also still retains all the best features of version 1.0, including rubber feet for stability/floor protection and a set of wheels and a pull handle for easy mobility.

Optional Spotter Deck Add-On: Whether you're ordering a new Adjustable Bench 2.0 or want to upgrade an existing one, Rogue is now offering an optional 3/16" thick, diamond-tread steel Spotter Deck, which you can mount to the unit using the provided hardware. The deck is finished in our signature black powder coat and measures 23.5" across with 9.75" of width on each side for users to stand. When installed, it has a total depth of 21" and sits 3.75" above the floor. We've also designed the deck with a slight upward incline so spotters can get more leverage when assisting with a lift.

Rogue Adjustable Bench 2.0 is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 27.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy, comfortable bench Bought this bench as part of a garage gym setup. I have to move it around a bit as part of my routine, and so far this bench has been perfect. The casters and grip make it a breeze to move in and out under the rack, the incline adjustment has great ergonomics, and everything is durable and sturdy enough that I don't worry about wear. The bench has just the right amount of padding too, not too hard, not too soft. It really is a well-designed product. I would definitely recommend this over any of the benches I've run across in gyms.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok but not great. This bench is heavy duty and looks nice but I'm very unhappy it only has 2 adjustments on the seat. I thought the adjustments would be fine from looking at them in the picture. There should be another adjustment on the seat to help your body stay in a little better position for doing Incline Presses. I feel for the price of the bench (especially with shipping) that you should have another couple of adjustments. If I could of used this bench before buying, I wouldn't of bought it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So sturdy. What may not be obvious from the photos is that this thing comes fully assembled on a palette, and it's HEAVY. There's no way you're moving the bench while using leg drive, which is a problem you get with lighter benches. It has a lip and wheels, so moving it is pretty easy. This is easily more sturdy than any gym adjustable bench I've used - truly a gold standard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome isn’t even close! Aside from this bench being absolutely bombproof, the craftsmanship is amazing. I will never be able to fully put this bench through it’s pace in a million years. It has enough adjustable angles to fulfill any exercise needs and is mobile enough (thanks to the wheels) to get it where you need it in your workout space. The padding is quite stiff but still very comfortable when lifting. The seat section is perfectly shaped to prevent your thighs from rubbing the edges and there is no gap between the seat and back. Heirloom piece to my home gym.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TANK like bench This bench is capable of surviving a nuclear blast or small children. It's built like a freaking tank and nothing like any bench I have worked with before. That gives it benefits and draw backs. Benefit is that this bench is ultra stable and allows you to lift the heaviest weights with no worries. You wont have to worry about this bad boy rocking underneath you... at all. The padding is dense and gives it even more of that stable feeling. The angles and adjustments are almost spot on, I wish it had another adjustment on the seat. Drawbacks: This bench is hard to adjust, by that I mean its a workout in it self to adjust or move this thing. I kind of enjoy some of my cheeper benches and how fast and easy I can adjust them. I have tried to loosen the bolts so that the adjustment arms move freely, hopefully they break in over time or I will have to take a hammer to the damm thing to free it up. Adjusting arms are very stiff and you need to completely stop what you are doing and use two hands to adjust thing thing in the back, the front... I have to crank on it pretty good to get the arms moving, and adjusting the screw on it has no effect. Moving this thing is a dang workout, so if you plan to use this as a bench that gets put away when your done I warned you. Overall if you want a stout bench that is going to stay stable look no further, this thing in SOLID. If your looking for a bench that is easy to adjust and move around...this is not your bench.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent stabilty: lacks key adjustability Extremely solid, as many have noted, and the minimal pad gap makes it a great flat bench alternative. The sturdy ladder design of this bench adds weight, but also contributes to rock solid stability at any incline. In the flat position this bench is better than any other adjustable bench I have used, including some very expensive ones. Pad gap is tiny and the dimensions of the pads suit me well (I am 6'3"). The problem for me is the limited range of adjustabiilty in the middle incline range that I personally use the most. The second, third and fourth settings on this bench (the first being flat) are 30, 47, and 61 degrees, respectively. On paper this may sound like a good spread, but in practice, at least for me, it is extremely limiting, with none of these angles feeling particularly natural to me for given exercises. This issue is compounded (especially within this low-medium incline range) by the seat pad, which has just two positions (flat, and 18 degrees). With the bench in the second or third position (30/47) I definitely miss the ability to raise the seat even higher to prevent slipping down on the bench on certain exercises, like dumbbell presses. The fifth and sixth incline settings are (approximately) 76 degrees, and 85 degrees. So for high incline/near vertical work, this bench definitely gives you lots of options, and, as stated, it is incredibly stable at all inclines. Personally, these two highest angles are close enough to seem redundant, and I would eagerly sacrifice one for a more natural range of inclines in the middle. Two other issues pulled my rating down to three stars, and both have been remarked upon by other customers: 1) the design of the seat adjustment mechanism is fiddly and does not provide positive feedback that the pin is locked in place, and 2) the rear wheels seem like an afterthought: they are too small and do not rotate freely. Obviously, many reviewers have been extremely happy with this piece and I seem to be the odd man out. Personally, I need more back and seat positions in an incline bench.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Who Needs Weights, Just Lift this Bench! CANNOT beat the quality. Roaches will use this as shelter after the apocalypse, hopefully after I've handed it down several generations. Strong as can be, no wiggle, firm padding, thank god it has wheels or it'd break my back trying to move it. The quality is undeniable and I'm glad it's made in the USA.
