All-in-One Ruck Sack Weights + Portable Dumbbells

The Rogue Brick Bag is a loadable, miniature sandbag that enables a wide array of custom applications in a simple, portable format. It’s available here in two size options, and can be ordered individually or in pairs.

• 10 LB Brick Bag: 10.5” long x 6” wide x 4” tall (when filled), 0.25 LB unfilled, approximate 10 LB capacity dependent on type of filler material used*
• 20 LB Brick Bag: 12” long x 8” wide x 5” tall (when filled), 0.35 LB unfilled, approximate 20 LB capacity dependent on type of filler material used*

*Please Note: Loadable weight of the Brick Bag depends on the density and size of the media being used. Certain media may cause the overall weight of the bag to be greater than or less than projected weight capacity.

Both versions of the Brick Bag are constructed from a durable 1000D Cordura fabric, with a convenient Velcro closure that’s rolled down and secured using a 2” nylon webbing strap. This strap, in turn, can be used as a grip-friendly carry handle.

Rogue Brick Bags are ideally suited for on-the-go training, particularly at a beach setting, where the user can stash one or more (empty) mini sandbags in the pocket of a gym bag, then use the naturally available sand, pebbles, etc. as temporary fill material. When done, simply empty out the bags, stash them back into a side pocket, and head on your way.

Potential Brick Bag training uses include:

• Dumbbell Movements: With the securing nylon strap serving as a handle, athletes can fill the Brick Bag to their desired weight and perform a variety of traditional dumbbell movements: thrusters, cleans, curls, shoulder press, etc.
• Ruck Sack Weights: Due to their small size, the bags also fit perfectly into a ruck sack and can be used as custom, incremental weight additions for rucking workouts and training.
