The Rogue Calibrated KG Change Plates 2.0 are designed for lifters who need exact weight jumps when chasing new PRs. Available in 5KG, 2.5KG, 1.25KG, 0.5KG, and 0.25KG increments, these smaller calibrated plates allow for precise progression without overshooting your target load. Each plate is manufactured from ultra-durable ductile cast iron and calibrated to within 10 grams for reliable, competition-level accuracy.

These color-coded change plates are IPF-certified and designed to integrate seamlessly with our full-size calibrated KG plates. The thin-profile design maintains maximum sleeve space, while the bold white lettering and distinct color coding make weight changes fast and easy between attempts. Each plate features precision machining across the back, sides, and raised surfaces, finished with a medium-gloss powder coat for durability. A 50.4MM center hole ensures a secure fit on Olympic barbells to reduce movement under load, and integrated calibration plugs allow for fine-tuned weight accuracy. These change plates are built to perform consistently in high-level training environments.
