Rogue Color LB Training 2.0 Plates

Updated with new artwork and a gloss-matte-gloss finish, Rogue Color LB Training 2.0 Plates are an IWF standard 450MM in diameter, with a narrow width that allows for more weight to be loaded on the bar. A 50.40MM collar opening and steel disc insert keep the plates firmly in place even during intense, high-rep training.

These quality, color-coded bumpers represent the next generation in a series that’s been trusted in official Reebok CrossFit Games competition. With a tested Shore A durometer of 86, they minimize the bounce on the drop and won't break down with heavy use like some lesser plates on the market.

The color coding of the LB Training Plates makes them easy to identify at a glance, helping athletes, trainers, and coaches run more efficient workouts. Red = 55LB, Blue = 45LB, Yellow = 35LB, and Green = 25LB. Use the column on the right to choose the plate pair(s) that meets your needs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Plates... Cosmetic Issue I purchased a pair of 55's 2 weeks ago. I love them and am very appreciative of Rogue's efforts to make them available amidst the pandemic. However, I am a little disappointed that at close to $4/pound the lettering is falling off within 2 weeks of arriving.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Falling apart less than 6 weeks in Bought 55's about a month ago and loved them, but the metal center piece is already starting to get loose from the rubber and it wobbles side to side very noticeably. Before that started happening I ordered 35's and they just showed up and they're not even close to the same shade of yellow. Performance when they're new is amazing and worth the cost, but for close to $4/pound I don't think there should be these types of quality issues. I'm a big Rogue fan but a lot of the equipment I've got in the last couple months has been sub-par

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love how these look I’ve Been using these for about 2 months I think. So far so good. The fit real snug on my Rep barbell. I use them for deadlifts and cleans. Have dropped them several times both on purpose and on accident. Aside from the rubber scuffing a little they are great. Also I love how they look so official and professional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pricey but outstanding This is my first purchase from rogue and I have to say, you really do get what you pay for. These bumper plates were certainly not cheap, but I was grateful to find them just as the coronavirus pandemic began to quarantine section after section of the United States. These bumper plates are made out of very dense rubber, which is great because it means they’re not as wide as a bumper plate made from cheaper rubber. Are use these in my basement with a half inch rubber mat underneath them. I am confident between the absorption of the mat and the absorption of the bumper plates, that I will not damage my subfloor. Frankly, I view these plates as a long-term investment, as with minimal care they will likely last a lifetime.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Plates Ever These plates are the cream of the crop. If I could afford to outfit my entire garage gym with these plates, I would. For now, just a pair at a time....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for Garage Gym I bought these plates about a month ago but have put them thru the ringer already with my garage workouts - CrossFit and Olympic lifting sessions. Friction is good on the plates and they will not slide on the bar if I do not put my collars on. I also find that these allow the bar to spin better with the disc than my other plates which is always nice. Thickness helps when the bar gets loaded for heavy deadlift sessions, can squeeze the weight on. I have noticed a bit of oxidation on the disc already from the humidity in my garage. My recommendation and diligence now is to wipe the plates down when I am done. Only negative is the bounce of the plate but the expectation was clearly set when purchasing. Bounce a bit more than my other plates so be prepared when dropping. I drop on horse stall mats. Was a surprise the first drop, but knowing it now I make sure to drop from a lower height or set the bar down. I only use the plates indoor - will not use them when I move outdoors. Have used for squats, cleans, bench, deadlifts, lunges, and good mornings. Regardless, I recommend these plates for folks looking for something closer to a comp plate without paying the comp plate prices.
