Rogue Color LB Training 2.0 Plates

Updated with new artwork and a gloss-matte-gloss finish, Rogue Color LB Training 2.0 Plates are an IWF standard 450MM in diameter, with a narrow width that allows for more weight to be loaded on the bar. A 50.40MM collar opening and steel disc insert keep the plates firmly in place even during intense, high-rep training.

These quality, color-coded bumpers represent the next generation in a series that’s been trusted in official Reebok CrossFit Games competition. With a tested Shore A durometer of 86, they minimize the bounce on the drop and won't break down with heavy use like some lesser plates on the market.

The color coding of the LB Training Plates makes them easy to identify at a glance, helping athletes, trainers, and coaches run more efficient workouts. Red = 55LB, Blue = 45LB, Yellow = 35LB, and Green = 25LB. Use the column on the right to choose the plate pair(s) that meets your needs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Possible pattern of Quality and consistency issues Ok I’m seeing a pattern here. Rogue seems to have some quality and consistency challenges. I wrote another review Indicating my change plates came with cracking on the rubber. Got a new batch of 25 color trainings and they had a yellow hue like they were faded (different than the last batch of 25s I bought from them) with marring on the steel hubs too. They’re still functional....but Did rogue send me used plates? Wish there was a “maybe” would recommend option for reviews.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Plate Bought two sets of 45LBS about a 30 days ago. All of my other plates are the Comp series and love those as well. They were out of stock, so I added these. They are very similar with different graphics and the plates. Letters are not raised and the color is a darker blue than the comp ones. Great quality!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 55lbs The 55lbers seem to bounce quite a bit. Was hoping for more of a dead bounce

Rated 5 out of 5 by from How do they do it?? Aside from the lead time to get ANYTHING from Rogue (which is what happens when you present a product that outruns ALL the competition) their products are amazing. We live in Hawaii so shipping kills us. I considered buying just the counterbalanced steel plates because the price point would offset the cost of the shipping (vs spending more for the training plates). I put on my man pants and decided to get what I wanted rather than go the least expensive route. Could not be happier. Theres nothing like walking into YOUR gym and seeing Rogue plates hanging from your rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Daily Workhorse I have had these plates for just under 2 years and I have no complaints. I use them 5 days a week on average for Olympic and power lifts and they still look and feel great. They have not broken down like crumb plates I have used in the past. The plates do have some scuffs but, I consider that normal wear and tear for plates I am dropping from overhead a hundred times a week. They are quality plates that I have enjoyed using and look forward to using for many years.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great plates but color seems to rub right off Great plates. Denser rubber so thinner than regular bumpers. But while cleaning off the powder substance from shipping the color comes right off on my hands. Surprising for this price point.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Plates... Cosmetic Issue I purchased a pair of 55's 2 weeks ago. I love them and am very appreciative of Rogue's efforts to make them available amidst the pandemic. However, I am a little disappointed that at close to $4/pound the lettering is falling off within 2 weeks of arriving.
