Transform your RM-6 Monster Rack with the Rogue FM-6 Twin Functional Trainer Add-On–the ultimate training solution in a compact footprint. The add-on features a dual weight stack design that nests into the back of your rack instead of behind it, saving you valuable gym space. The added weight stacks provide you with a vertically adjustable 2:1 functional trainer and a 1:1 lat pulldown and low row, all while maintaining the full functionality of your power rack.
INNOVATIVE PULLEY CONFIGURATION
The patent pending pulley configuration achieves a 2:1 ratio for the functional trainer and 1:1 for the lat pulldown and low row, using a dual weight source available as 250LB or 300LB weight stacks. This configuration also allows the user to seamlessly move between the lat pulldown, low row, and trolleys without ever needing to reconfigure or attach/detach a carabiner. Independent weight sources allow the two front trolleys to be set independently, allowing for more versatility in multiple station training.
COMPAct Footprint
The compact footprint of the Rogue FM-6 Functional Trainer line has been further minimized. By positioning the weight sources on the side of the rack, the overall depth has been reduced, extending only 3.5” behind the back of the rack

As with all Rogue products, the FM-6 Twin Functional Trainer Add-On is overbuilt for durability. Larger pulleys contribute to longer cable life, and the US-made Mil spec aircraft cable ensures exceptional longevity compared to imported alternatives. Shrouds are optional to enclose moving parts.
EFFORTLESS ADJUSTABILITY
Vertical adjustment of the trolleys is effortless thanks to four precision machined rollers and a counterweight. Swiveling pulleys guarantee the optimum angle for every movement. There is no need to reconfigure, whether you want to perform single or double arm movements with the trolley or want to use the pulldown or low row functionality, just grab and go.

The RM-6 is a fully customizable Monster Rack utilizing 3x3" 11-gauge steel tubing, over-sized 1" hardware, and a bolt-together design for easier portability and affordable shipping. The 2.0 version includes a wide spectrum of custom color options, laser-cut pin position numbers on the uprights and bottom crossmembers, and a keyhole pattern on the sides of each upright—creating compatibility with more add-ons and attachments.

Our pulley configuration allows the use of standard attachments for the lat pulldown and low row while providing 1:1 resistance. Many other products require specialized attachments with multiple attachment points to achieve 1:1 resistance.
