Upgrade your Rogue RM-3 Monster Rack with the Rogue FM-HR Functional Trainer Add-On– a versatile training solution in a compact footprint. This functional trainer features a half rack, a vertically adjustable 2:1 functional trainer, and internally combines the 2:1 output from each of your choice of a plate loaded trolley or a 250LB or 300LB weight stack. Designed with space efficiency in mind, the FM-HR allows you to maximize your workout space without compromising on functionality.
INNOVATIVE PULLEY CONFIGURATION
The patent pending pulley configuration achieves a 2:1 ratio for the functional trainer and 1:1 for the lat pulldown and low row, using a single weight source–available as a weight stack or a plate-loaded trolley. The weight stack option is available in 250LB (90" height only) and 300LB variants, with the 250LB variant providing 5” more cable travel when using both front trolley handles simultaneously and 5” of cable travel on the lat pulldown/low row, ideal for gyms with lower ceilings. This configuration also allows the user to seamlessly move between the lat pulldown, low row, and trolleys without ever needing to reconfigure or attach/detach a carabiner. This design eliminates the need to purchase two 300LB weight stacks or plate load carriages instead of one. Not only does this reduce the initial investment cost, this also only requires one weight adjustment in use. This single weight source design also ensures even loading, eliminating any possibility of side-to-side imbalances.
COMPATIBILITY AND VERSATILITY
Unlike many competitor models that require proprietary, specialized attachments to be able to achieve a 1:1 load for lat pulldown and low row that to bridge two cables, the Rogue FM-HR system is compatible with all standard cable attachments.

As with all Rogue products, the FM-HR Functional Trainer is overbuilt for durability. Larger pulleys contribute to longer cable life, and the 3/16" US Made Mil Spec Aircraft Cable ensures exceptional longevity compared to imported alternatives. Shrouds are optional to enclose moving parts.
EFFORTLESS ADJUSTABILITY
Vertical adjustment of the trolleys is effortless thanks to four precision machined rollers and a counterweight. Swiveling pulleys guarantee the optimum angle for every movement. Half Rack/Functional Trainer/Lat Pulldown/Low Row in One
Fully functional half rack with 2:1 functional trainer and 1:1 Lat pulldown/Low Row using a single weight source due to our patent pending pulley configuration. We maximize the resistance of the weight stack which means that only a single weight stack is needed, and if you opt for the plate load version, you only need to load one trolley and only need half the weight of competing products to achieve the same load.
1:1 with standard attachments
Unlike competing products, our pulley configuration allows the use of standard attachments for Lat Pulldown and low row while providing 1:1 resistance. Many other products require specialized attachments with multiple attachment points to achieve 1:1 resistance.
