Yep, they are weights!
These weights definitely exist. They have holes in them to put on the bar which is good. They make the bar heavier.

Durable plates, worth the money!
These plates have a great coating on them so they are able to take more abuse, especially good for a CrossFitter or Oly lifter who drops their bar on the ground or onto jerk blocks. If you are still using steel change plates and dropping your bar, you need to make the switch to these change plates.

As expected, top-notch quality!
These have been used in a gym of about 6-7 people. These have a nice sleeve tolerance and not have a lot of "slop" or "play" like some other plates we have. Coating and color are also very nice. Definitely recommend a set of these. -Al
