Rogue Mono Stand

As the name suggests, the Rogue Mono Stand is the industry’s first all-in-one hybrid of a fully functional squat stand and monolift. This means you get all the benefits of our 3x3”, 11-gauge steel SML-1 Squat Stand—squatting, benching, pressing, front squatting—without having to walk the bar out from the rack. The Mono Stand was designed and refined with insights from powerlifting legend Mark Bell, and it's manufactured at Rogue HQ in Columbus. You won’t find another system like this anywhere else.

How it Works:
When the two 70” uprights on the Mono Stand are in the forward position, your barbell acts as a counter-weight, keeping the uprights titled forward until the bar is lifted off the rack. A set of specially designed sandwich J-cups also pin into place to prevent any unwanted movement while you’re getting into position. Once the bar is lifted, the unlocked uprights safely fall back into a 90-degree position perpendicular with the ground, clearing plenty of space for you to work.
Please Note: Once your movement is done, the uprights must be manually pushed back into forward rack position by a fellow lifter.

Versatility:
The uprights can be securely locked in both the angled and vertical position (using the included detent pins), meaning the Mono Stand can function just as well as a traditional squat stand. As another set-up option, the unit comes with both 30” and 43” crossmembers for the base, giving users the choice of lifting at the standard 43” squat stand width, or—for those who prefer to go wide with their hands on squats—the 30” width.

Important: The Mono Stand includes floor mounting feet and MUST be securely bolted to the floor for use, with no exceptions.

Rogue Mono Stand is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best squat stand on the market ! I was in the market for a squat stand for a while and when Black Friday came along I saw this thing on sale and had to pick it up. The steel is thick, the base is built like a tank, I primarily use it as a squat stand to squat , bench and deadlift. I even get creative and overhead press, warp a monster band around an upright and use it for mobility, I have even set the j-cups at the highest level and use my Ohio bar for pull-ups (knees up of course) but you get the point. I have not bolted it to the ground and from all the times I have slammed 300/400+ pounds on it it doesn't even budge . I know this will last me my entire lifting ages. Btw get the spotter arms attachment and bolt it to the floor . It will look like a rogue transformer! Haha

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Monster of a squat stand Not sure why there hasn't been a review yet, but this thing is crazy. I'm overkill on monolifts in my gym, but have been in the market for a squat stand for those lifters who would rather walk it out. Saw this monster for sale during black friday and had to pounce on it. With any other squat rack you're always left wondering if it will REALLY hold 1000 lbs, but not this guy. It almost feels even more solid to slam some weight back into than my monster line power rack. It says it has to be bolted in to use, but I think that's just to keep it from sliding forward if you like to slam it back in. I dont have any problems just setting it back in, but will bolt it down so I can use the monolift function without worry. Band peg situation is not ideal as you have to use 4 band pegs to make it work (one in, one out on each side). Says you can use it as a bench too. Haven't done that yet personally, but it definitely has the space and I can't see why you couldn't.
