Rogue RML-90SLIM Rack

The Rogue 90” Slim Rack combines a simple, efficient set-up with the reliable stability of two wall-mounted Monster Lite uprights (3x3” 11-gauge steel).

All versions of this rack are manufactured in the USA with US steel or US & CAN steel and include Westside hole spacing (1” through bench and clean pull zone, 2” spacing above and below), a texture black finish, a pair of Monster Lite J-cups, and UHMW plastic feet to protect your flooring. Customers can also custom-select several key components of the unit’s set-up, including the type of mount (bracket vs. crossmember) and whether to include Rogue Stringers and/or a 43” Single Pull-Up Bar.

Well suited to most garage gyms / home gyms, the compact Slim Rack is 90.375” tall and creates a minimal footprint, with the front face of the uprights extending just 15” from the wall in the crossmember mount option.

Please Note: Installation is recommended only for secure concrete walls or wood studs, and the additional support of stringers (whether you use Rogue Stringers or your own) may be needed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to install the Slim Rack in a location with hardware capable of supporting the aggregate weight of the rack and all gear mounted or stored on it, as well as any person using it.

Once installed, the Slim Rack will also be compatible with a wide range of Monster Lite Series attachments, sold separately.

Slim Rack Installation Options

Mounting Type:

Optional Stringer Pair:
Rogue Stringers are compatible with both the Bracket and Crossmember mounting options, and include all hardware for set-up. Made from 11-gauge, laser-cut and formed steel, our stringers are finished in a texture black powder coat and feature exclusive laser-cut Rogue branding. They measure 59" long x 10.125" tall, and extend 0.8125" (depth) off the mounting surface when installed.

Optional Pull-Up Bar:
You can order the Slim Rack with or without a 43” Single Monster Lite Pull-Up Bar (1.25” OD). Hardware is included with the bar.

ATTN: Spotter Arm Use: How and what the rack is secured to on the wall should be checked by a contractor. Depending on the wall type and how it was secured will depend on if the wall can take that stress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact, stable and worth every penny. Bought our RML-90SLIM rack about 2 months ago, and are absolutely thrilled. The unit shipped out pretty quickly and arrived ahead of the estimated arrival date. Installation was pretty straight forward - I added the crossmember mount and would recommend it. Having a second person to help you is almost a must, and made the mounting and installation a breeze following the included instructions. Easy to adjust the height of the J-clips, fantastic for squats, bench press etc... Pull up bar is strong and stable, but with the slim unit, you won't be able to do kip ups.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Garage Gym Just recently finished install of this in the garage and it works great. Knowing I can go out to the garage and knock out the strength training for the day is a great feeling. Install was clear and easy. Used the stringers as well. Can’t wait to see how this helps the squat gains!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buy Really enjoying it. Super sturdy. It’s a little close to the wall for having a spotter and even pull-ups can be a bit tight (I’m 6’4”) but really like the low profile nature of it. Definitely worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Rack with Flexible Mounting Despite not being able to do kipping movements on this rack, we love it. It saves so much space in our garage gym (tight squeeze for two adults and a four-year-old). It's as sturdy and well built as we always expect from Rogue. Despite being close to the wall it's not at all claustrophobic for benching and squatting. The folding racks look really promising, and other brands sell a variety of flush-mounted racks with fly-away pullup bars that also look interesting. Our challenge is that our garage has this awkward frost wall that prevents flush-mounting anything with the wall. We mounted the crossmembers just above the frost wall and they don't interfere with using the rack at all. This thing is a total winner. We had a bit of an adventure because the J-hooks didn't ship with the original rack, and had to wait impatiently for Rogue to send us more (then more and more and more racks! It was a total comedy hour!) but their customer service was friendly and helpful every time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Solid rack with low profile perfect for garage gym. Install was straight forward though I was missing pieces in the original so shipment and had to call and get rest of the hardware shipped.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hey, nice rack I bought this because I didn’t want to take up too much space in the garage. I was torn between this and the folding rack. I ended up choosing this because my floor slopes, and figure this would be easier to deal with. I made wedge platform however. I also got the crossmembers and pull up bar upgrade. You don’t need the Rogue wall mounting kit, I had to do a bit of research on that . I used 2x4s as stringers and mounted them to concrete. I also assembled it first, then mounted it. The unit is solid with no wobbling or jiggling.
