Rogue Parallel Landmine Handle

Rogue’s Parallel Landmine Handles can be used in conjunction with either the Rogue Landmine, Post Landmine, or Monster Landmine. Available with your diameter choice of s1.9" fat grip, 1.3" standard, this compact attachment slides securely over the end of any Olympic barbell in the same manner as our original Landmine Handles. The difference is in the design, as the Parallel Handles feature more of a triangular, row-handle inspired shape, with laser-cut steel plating similar to our Monster Grip Triangle.

The seamless interior and beveled edge of the connective tubing help prevent any damage to your bar’s sleeve over repeated uses, while the unique, formed shape of the handles ensures they won’t get in the way during training

All Rogue Parallel Landmine Handles measure 8.75" (Handle) in length and include a signature, black powder coat finish for optimal grip. Use them for landmine rows, pulls, presses, rotational drills, and more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Huge!!! When I've opened the box I start to laugh, it is so big that I tought I could not hold it. Perfect add to my gym, does the job perfectly and I think this will be there for centuries, high quality, well build, comparing it with a tank is an understatement!!!! Really happy with this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome handle Bought this to mix up my back workouts and find myself wanting to use it all the time. Heavy duty but also offers a much more fluid movement than a traditional parallel handle, and T-bar handle for that matter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect tool for the job The build strength is excellent, of course, and initially it seemed a little too large for its purpose – until I used it. Then I really appreciated the grip width and how it contributes to a long range of motion. Also, the depth is perfect if you’re using bumpers; the depth and the concave cut-out contribute to the great ROM, and the depth means you can use the handle as a stand while loading the bar. The grip handles aren’t knurled, but the powder coat offers plenty of grip. I use this on a stainless bar, and I really appreciate that the edges of the bar sleeve tube are filed smooth and covered in powder coat (as are all the welds). My only suggestion is that they should try to coat the entire inside of the bar sleeve tube (mine has a 1” band of rusted steel inside the tube – which isn’t good for a stainless bar). Overall a great piece of gear!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for its purpose I purchased this item after looking up many other options and I have to say, this is amazing! I got the smaller grip handles which works great. With this handle you can get a good squeeze in your back because It’s a great design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comically Overbuilt (cont'd) I forgot to mention in my initial review an absolutely awesome feature of this handle, whether intentional or not. When flipped upside down, it can be used as a sort of jack for loading plates onto the bar sleeve. Simply lift the bar sleeve from the floor and gravity will flip the handle into place. Then set down the sleeve and begin loading plates! One other thing I forgot to note is unfortunately a negative I have discovered, and that is that because the handle is so large and deep, you cannot bring it very close to your body, thus limiting your range of motion on the concentric portion of the movement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comically Overbuilt Received my Fat Grip Handle yesterday. The proportions of this thing are actually comical. I mean that in a good and complimentary way, but yes, comical. It weighs close to 15 pounds, to the point where you factor it in the total weight of your lifts. This handle is literally 4 to 5 times bigger than any close grip handle I have ever used at a commercial gym (on cable machines, etc). Again, as great as Rogue’s website is, as good as the pictures are and as detailed as the information is, nonetheless a common thread among fabricators seems to be a complete pictoral understatement of the appearance and scope of the products. The lines are incredibly clean, and the laser cut name alone sold me on the product. The welds are very neat and the powder coating appears to be top notch. I accidentally smashed it into my Ohio Power Bar, and there was hardly even a scuff on the coating of the handle. Some older reviews for Rogue products complain about the quality of the powder coating, but I now see newer product reviews praising the coatings and suggesting that Rogue has made big improvements in that department. My experience so far certainly seems to support that. Not much else to say otherwise; it's a simple product
