How I Lost and Found Health – Strength Magazine – October, 1925

If I could recall the youthful years of my life, the most important thing I would stop to consider would be the conservation of nerve energy, the life principle which constitutes health. I would seek to know the laws that govern the maintenance of rugged health-laws that if correctly understood, give one a fundamental knowledge that will enable him to forestall disease and premature old age and live a long, healthful and efficient life.
