This half-pound percussive therapy device measures 5.4” x 4.3” x 1.6” and easily fits into a purse, backpack, gym bag, etc. Offering unmatched precision for targeting cramps, knots, muscle tension, and more, Theragun mini is also surprisingly powerful for its size, with 12mm amplitude for deeper, longer-lasting relief and a brushless, proprietary motor for quiet performance.
The mini is easy to hold and manipulate thanks to an adapted version of the Theragun Triangle ergonomic grip, reducing stress on the hands and wrists. There are three (3) calibrated speeds to choose from (1750, 2100, and 2400 percussions per minute) and (3) different attachment heads, enabling on-the-go customization depending on the area of treatment and your own preferences. As you’d rightly expect from a device designed for portability, Theragun Mini has excellent battery life, as well, with up to 120 minutes of run time on an internal Lithium-ion battery.
The Mini is also compatible with all other 4th Generation and 5th Gen Theragun attachments

Using the Theragun min
Athletes new to percussive therapy should start by slowly applying light pressure and moving the tool across the body 60-90 seconds per body part. A full body session should not exceed 15 minutes. Treat yourself 2-3 times per day.
