We've equipped the Y-2 Rogue Yoke with 2 x 3" 11-Gauge Steel uprights, a 750LB plate storage capacity, and durable skid feet designed to handle sled pushing and dragging exercises. At nearly two feet taller than the Y-1 model, the Y-2 also features an adjustable crossbar that will work not only for a classic yoke carry or Zercher carry, but for fat-grip pull-ups and ring exercises.

With additional functionality as a bench press and squat stand, the American-made Rogue Yoke could serve as an all-in-one option for a new home gym or as a versatile addition to a full-scale pro or collegiate weight room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely needed for masters athletes I’ve been doing CrossFit/ weightlifting since aroumd 2003. I’m a little older and banged up now, low back and knees need a break every once in awhile. Usually that means taking 4 weeks off heavy lifts and trying to rebuild after the deload. this time I gave up the barbell completely and did yoke and sandbag stuff at the gym. I felt so good and actually got stronger. I added 10lbs to my dead without touching a barbell. It worked so well I bought one for the garage. Love it

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good I bought this yoke a week ago and I really like it but the sticker on the side has already fallen off and I’ve tried to put it back on but the stick is already gone. Besides that it’s really good

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatility is unmatched! Finally decided to purchase the center piece for our home gym and, after looking at racks & stands, we decided on the Y-2 Yoke. It’s versatility is unmatched, and is absolutely bomb proof. Doesn’t shake at all when squatting, benching, or doing chins. Small footprint, and took less than 15 minutes to put together with 2 people. For those who want something more beefy than a squat stand but less “permanent” (i.e. bolting down) than a rack, this is a perfect choice. We couldn’t be happier with the shipping time, customer service, and quality. Thanks a bunch, Rogue! (Side note; Splurge on the infinity spotter arms. They add to its variety and provide another element of safety.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A lot of versatility for the space I've had it for over a year, and train in a garage behind my row house at the end of an alley in Baltimore City (very limited space). I can do yoke, pressing (no issues with a 2 inch axle fitting in the hooks, zerchers, stone\sandbag\keg over bar (we've loaded stones up to 400 lbs and the cross member has stood up to the challenge), push/pull sled, and just about everything else. Hands down the most versatile rig out there. I have two comments ... the side storage pins are nice, but we just hang gym belts\wrist wraps over them because the plates get bumped when squatting (if you have a shallow walkout), and the storage on the feet aren't friendly if you have a wider stance. Tip: spring for the safety arms (for log pressing, mostly). You can buy a knockoff from an unnamed competitor (starts with a t and ends in itan), but I'll guarantee that it won't hold up like the Rogue equipment (top notch, and Made in the USA). I can't recommend/praise this particular piece of equipment highly enough if you're a strength athlete with limited training space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome equipment I bought this Yoke about a month ago and can say it is a great piece of equipment and is of solid construction.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Yoke Bought this a couple of months ago to replace my squat rack. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Fit and finish is top notch--way better than the competition that I've seen. I'm glad to have the extra height with the Y2 so that running into the cross-member when squatting is not an issue. I'm very pleased with it, and it suits my needs well. It's not the best squat rack replacement in the world though. If you have a wide stance, you have to keep plates off the front of the yoke, or be prepared to walk way out with the weight. Plates off the front of the yoke, however, allows the front feet feet to slide when you re-rack. Also the cross-member can be difficult to move up and down. The uprights want to lean. Since the sleeves on the cross-member are pretty closely toleranced, which is good, because it provides good stability for the assembled yoke, the uprights don't have to lean far to stop the cross-member from being able to slide. So forget breaking this thing down frequently by yourself to save space between workouts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid equipment Bought this for my garage gym to use as a yoke and squat rack. Even without any weight on the yoke it is sturdy enough for heavy squats. Happy with the purchase. Assembly was easy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Completely Universal For those wondering, as long as you put plates on the pins you can use a matador on the outside of the yoke. I use it like this all the time. Aside from this, the yoke makes for an awesome all-around piece of equipment. I took my thick cross-bar off and added a pull-up bar (since I stopped using it as a yoke) and it is even more stable.
