We’ve equipped the Y-2 Rogue Yoke with 2x3" 11-gauge steel uprights, a 750-pound plate storage capacity, and durable skid feet designed to handle sled pushing and dragging exercises. At nearly two feet taller than the Y-1 model, the Y-2 also features an adjustable crossbar that will work not only for a classic yoke carry or Zercher carry, but for fat-grip pull-ups and ring exercises.

With additional functionality as a bench press and squat stand, the American-made Rogue Yoke could serve as an all-in-one option for a new home gym or as a versatile addition to a full-scale pro or collegiate weight room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like everything else rogue Solid and well thought out. Recently moved and needed to move my gym from inside a garage to my backyard now and sold my RML rack and grabbed this yoke for a little more flexibility and portability and couldn’t be happier. Extremely modular, pretty much anything you can do with a power rack you can do with this yoke. The center bar is very thick though so if you use it for pull-ups beware your forearms are gonna get jacked

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Multi-functional I bought this a month ago and I love it! I use it as a rack and as a strongman tool. There are so many different uses that I never get bored.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Versatile! I have had the Y-2 for about 2 months now. I love it! You can do all the basic lifts and more with it. I bought the Spud cable pulley and attatch it to the top. I never have to leave the house to get a great barbell workout. Thanks for making such quality equipment!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Yoke/Good Rack Great yoke. Put it on your back and go for a walk. Little shaky from a rack standpoint. I wish there was a bar at the bottom that could connect the rack and make it a little more stable. Hesitation to get a matador for it. Don’t know if it’s too unstable for that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding product Had this over 2 years. Still looks like new. Really durable, easy to adjust. My only complaint is the the paints flakes really easily. But you can respray it easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Money! This thing is money! Everything I need--squat, front squat, bench, deadlift, push press, pull ups, mobility, plus strongman lifts. I have plenty of room in the garage, so I could have got the y3, but this everything I need in one package. Super easy to put together. No more 150$$ crossfit fees, or waiting for the rack at globe gyms. I'm in and out and on with my day like that (snap)! The only thing is the cross bar is very large diameter, but you'll get great forearms too doing pull-ups. Thanks rogue!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from really versatile, but not ideal for sled pushes I love this and would tell anyone to make this the one piece of gear they buy other than a bar and plates (or maybe a C2), but I will say it sucks for sled pushes. It's pretty awkward to push on the uprights and there's enough "give" so that you don't get much forward force. Other than that, love it. Question- has anyone tried putting attachments on the yoke? Thinking mainly of either a landmine or matador. Thoughts?
