Part Yoke, Part Sled, Part Power Rack

We've equipped the Y-2 Rogue Yoke with 2 x 3" 11-Gauge Steel uprights, a 750LB plate storage capacity, and durable skid feet designed to handle sled pushing and dragging exercises. At nearly two feet taller than the Y-1 model, the Y-2 also features an adjustable crossbar that will work not only for a classic yoke carry or Zercher carry, but for fat-grip pull-ups and ring exercises.

With additional functionality as a bench press and squat stand, the American-made Rogue Yoke could serve as an all-in-one option for a new home gym or as a versatile addition to a full-scale pro or collegiate weight room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well Built, Versatile for Garage Gym Probably the best bang for the buck if you need a squat rack for a garage gym, because you get the flexibility of using it as a yoke, fat bar pullups, and the plate storage. And it's a rock solid squat rack. As expected with Rogue, it's built like a tank. Unless you know you need the height of the Y-2 (for pullups or because you are tall), I would actually recommend the Y-1. With one person in a normal size garage (8ft ceilings), the Y-2 is pretty tough to break down with one person. I think the Y-1 with the shorter uprights would be easier. But overall, I'm super happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Yoke Got the conversion kit to turn my rack into a yoke. And I’m so glad I did! Now I have a two in one. I can raise the yoke crossmember, throw on the J hooks and squat. Or remover the J hooks and lower the yoke crossmember for a walk. Solid construction means a lifetime of being able to destroy a workout!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I needed for my home gym I needed a squat rack at home and love to do strongman events in my programming. This yoke does all that and more. Assembly was straightforward and this think feels absolutely solid with a loaded bar in the j-hooks or taking it out for a yoke carry. Even with the crossmember at the top there's little movement when doing pull-ups. Foot print is nice and the best part is it's easy to move around if needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome centerpiece to my home gym. After debating on whether to purchase a rack or the yoke, I decided on the yoke and I’m glad I did! It’s very versatile and acts as my squat rack, bench station, and pull-up station. It’s built solid and is the centerpiece to my home gym. Great Product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Y2 Yoke I am just starting my garage gym and just happened to see Josh Bridges recommendation to buy a yoke due to the versatility. He was correct. Yoke, moveable squat/bench rack, pull ups, toes to bar, etc. As with all Rogue stuff I have had a chance to use so far the quality is top notch. I recommend it to anyone starting out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatility Unmatched I love the versatility of the Rogue Yoke. Was debating between this and a squat stand and chose this for a variety of reasons. With the yoke you are getting more than just a squat stand, and what is so great about this is that it is infinity compatible. You could purchase an infinity pull up bar for when you want to do pull-ups, and keep the Yoke cross member to the side for when you want to take it outside and do Yoke carries. (You can also do pull ups on the actual cross member, the fat grip really works those forearms!). I could see myself getting some infinity safety spotter arms for this eventually as well. Fits perfect on my 8'x8' lifting platform while leaving room in the front to do dead lifts, cleans, etc. The only downside is that it can be a little difficult to lower the cross member by yourself as it is a little heavy with the height of the Y-2, but that was expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely needed for masters athletes I’ve been doing CrossFit/ weightlifting since aroumd 2003. I’m a little older and banged up now, low back and knees need a break every once in awhile. Usually that means taking 4 weeks off heavy lifts and trying to rebuild after the deload. this time I gave up the barbell completely and did yoke and sandbag stuff at the gym. I felt so good and actually got stronger. I added 10lbs to my dead without touching a barbell. It worked so well I bought one for the garage. Love it

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good I bought this yoke a week ago and I really like it but the sticker on the side has already fallen off and I’ve tried to put it back on but the stick is already gone. Besides that it’s really good
