I use this almost every day for trigger point release! My PT uses it. I love it, it works great!

Had tried one and have clients who aren’t very mobile. I and they find it easy to hold and use. Therefore gets used! Have used therapy balls and foam rollers. For some areas, prefer the JackNobber

More in depth review: This works great, another reviewer wrote that it gets in like no foam roller can and it's true, it seems to separate all of your ligaments and muscle fibers with ease. With the various sized "knobs" you can vary the pressure of the area that you're targeting. That being said, it is not as user friendly as foam roller (Hence 4/5 stars). It is better to have a friend (preferably someone you trust) smash it into your trouble spots. Lastly, being a weirdo who likes to pamper my dogs, I gave them both a massage with it and it was like a pacifier to a baby, a snake charmer to a cobra. Upon contact they would immediately go docile, the world could be ending but they'll just sit there with their eyes shut and tongue drooping in a catatonic state. Pretty breath taking sensation to a canine's body I guess. I also recommend this product if your dog is restless. BOOM, multi-use product!

Man my lower back gets so tight that no ball or roller of any kind seems to get in deep enough to release it. This thing will go deeper than you can imagine! Sometimes I can't sleep because of it and I'll get up and hold it up to a wall and force it into the Trigger Point and they will subside. I really wish I had found this tool years ago!!!
