This is a useless product that does not need to exist. I didn’t realize they were just a permanently sewn tube. You can’t adjust them. I measured my wrist and I was in the middle of the medium size. They are so tight they’re almost impossible to pull on. Then once you’ve got them on you discover that the trim on the edges is tighter than the band itself so it’s choking your wrist on the outside edges while providing no support in the middle. Then in frustration, when you want to take the wraps off, you discover that removing them is also nearly impossible. Be careful not to strain a muscle in either hand. I can’t imagine trying to get these off when my hands are tired after a heavy workout. All in all these wraps are more likely to injure you than to protect you. And they weren’t cheap either. Don’t waste your money.

I bought these in two different sizes. Smallest size that will fit over my hand provides no wrist support.

My wrist no longer hurt; and I feel more confident in doing my weight workouts. I ordered the small, and at first I thought they were really tight, but I streatched them and wash them and they are the perfect size. Trick: when you finish your workout turn them inside out, so that they dry faster if you sweat!

I had been having problems with my right wrist after doing snatches. A combination of going to a physiotherapist and using the wrist wrap helped me recovered. It is a bit tighter than what I expected but got used fairly quickly.

Loving these so far. They give my wrists a lot of stability without constricting. Would highly recommend !

I just received the Rehband Rx Wrist support and used them in training. They fit perfectly - tight and always on spot - and working out with them feels great, no pain in my wrists etc.

I was having wrist pain during snatches and cleans to the point it was affecting my lifts. These braces have helped in a combination with stretching and other exercises.
