For years, Rogue has manufactured its own patented J-cups in-house, expanding the line-up of options to include Standard, Sandwich, and 2” Sandwich configurations, each utilizing ⅜” plate steel and UHMW plastic to protect the rack, the barbell, and the user. We’ve also partnered with the team at Ghost Strong to manufacture their patented Return Roller J-cups in a variety of formats.
