Rogue Equipped Garage Gym Tour, Ryan in Marshfield, WI

Ryan takes us inside his garage gym in Marshfield, Wisconsin, where he and his wife have built a training space centered around consistency, versatility, and quality equipment. A Navy veteran who first got into fitness while stationed in San Diego, Ryan has been dedicated to CrossFit training ever since.

Starting with a Rogue Ohio Bar in 2020, the gym has grown into a fully equipped setup featuring dual Monster Lite rigs, Fleck Plates, kettlebells, an Echo Bike, and more. Designed so both Ryan and his wife can train side-by-side, the space reflects their shared commitment to strength and fitness.
