Love the thickness of the bars and the width. Comes in a textured powder coat which I prefer. Very stout and professional packaged.

Love all the storage options Rogue has, but this one is top of the list

Nice hanger - use SPAX exterior grade hardware to lag it to the studs. This one is actually set up for perfect 16" stud spacing so no need to have bracing in the wall or use another board like the 3 bar hanger.

Excellent hanger - used 3/8" hardware. keeps the bar off the wall.

Rogue, come on. Include the mounting hardware. Not a hard fix. Make customer’s lives easy.

For some reason I spent years tripping on my dip bar, having it fall over, stubbing toes, kids hiding it in another corner of the garage etc. why I didn’t buy this sooner I don’t know. It’s perfect, looks great, and is now right at eye level always telling me to work on those tri’s. Do yourself a favor and buy this, it’s well worth it.

Eliminating floor clutter is key in my garage set up and having your Matador at eye level is solid dip motivation!

First, it does NOT include mounting hardware (bolts/washers). You'll need to get those separately. I used 3/8" x 2-1/2" Lag Screws and 3/8" flat washers. The holes in the mounts are spaced 16" apart, perfect for standard 16"-on-center Stud spacing in homes. The Matador Wall Hanger itself works well. It even works with the Manta Ray Bench Foot Catch! I bought two, one for my Matador, and one for my foot catch when I'm not using it on my Manta Ray Bench. There's a bracket along the bottom of the Wall Mount that keeps the Matador from coming in contact with the wall (provides about 1 inch of clearance). This prevents scuffing of the wall when hanging or removing the Matador. A nice feature, and someone was clearly thinking when they designed it. For the Foot Catch, you can hang it in two different orientations: sideways or vertically. If hung it vertically, the padding of the foot catch will rest on the hanger; this does not seems to affect the padding, but the possibility always exists if left like this for weeks on end without moving it. If hung sideways, the metal of the foot catch rests on the bracket, but there is minimal contact on one side: it's still more than adequate, though. I'll post pictures of both orientations.
