HWPO STRONG is another results-oriented subscription programming track from HWPO Training, the exclusive fitness community founded and led by Rogue Athlete and 5x CrossFit Games champion Mat Fraser. HWPO STRONG’s programming is designed to get you STRONG in the big three: bench, deadlift, and squat.
Created by coach Jake Marconi, this program blends heavy lifting, smart progressions, and optional daily conditioning with a deeper focus on training as a practice. It’s not just about numbers — it’s about building a body that performs and lasts.
Whether you follow the full 75-minute sessions or the shorter STRONG 60 track, you’ll show up, lift intentionally, and build strength that actually carries.
ENGAGEMENT REQUIS PAR LE PROGRAMME
Approximately 75 minutes per session (included 60-minute variation), 4 strength training days per week and an optional daily metcon, 4-8 week cycles (based on percentages and RPE).

HWPO STRONG 2.0 follows a four-day training structure focused on the big three lifts: squat, bench, and deadlift. The week includes two lower and two upper sessions. Day four offers a choice between Olympic weightlifting or targeted bodybuilding work — both designed to build power, address weaknesses, and fill out your frame.

ÉQUIPEMENTS NÉCESSAIRES :
Haltères, disques, cage à squat, banc, dumbbells et bandes élastiques. L’équipement cardio et les autres exigences du programme sont essentiels, mais faciles à remplacer si vous ne disposez pas du bon équipement.

En dehors des programmes d’entraînement traditionnels, HWPO Training propose un contenu exclusif organisé par Mat Fraser, des appels mensuels en direct avec des coachs et une assistance par chat en direct.
À propos de HWPO Training :
Non seulement un porte-parole de la marque, Mat Fraser est l’ingénieur en programme d’entraînement en chef de HWPO Training, et écrit tout, des thèmes de chaque séance à l’échauffement, en passant par les exercices de musculation, les intervalles et les accessoires. Avec une petite équipe sélectionnée, il teste chaque entraînement pour s’assurer que les objectifs de chaque séance sont alignés. HWPO doit son nom au mantra personnel de Fraser (« Hard Work Pays Off ») et son objectif est de contribuer à la création d’une communauté solidaire et travailleuse.
