Iron Neck 3.0

The newly redesigned, fully portable Iron Neck 3.0 and Iron Neck 3.0 PRO represent the latest advances in 360-degree neck training systems, helping athletes target and treat muscle imbalances, prevent back and neck injuries, and improve their recovery, posture, and overall mobility. 

Equipped as an adjustable headset, this highly specialized neck training tool can be used with any existing weight-loaded cable pulley system, pneumatic resistance machine, or a resistance band connected to a rack, door, or any stable vertical post. The updated designs are 20% smaller and 33% lighter than their predecessors, with a new internal track design, smooth beveled edges, and a sandblasted finish. Iron Neck’s AirFit™ inflation system has undergone several improvements, as well, as better air distribution and smoother, more ergonomic pads result in better comfort and a greater range of motion, regardless of head size.

The muscles in the neck are predominantly diagonal fibers, and the Iron Neck 3.0 allows athletes to train these muscles as they move naturally—360 degrees—for a truly efficient and effective workout. Regular linear and rotational movements can promote not only a stronger neck and improved mobility, but an ability to more quickly decelerate the head after an impact (a key way to limit concussions).
