JerkFit WODies
Rogue Branded - Green Camo

JerkFit WODies represent a new breed of fingerless weightlifting gloves—with a combination of wrist support and palm protection to help tear through a WOD, rather than your skin. Available in four sizes, WODies are manufactured in the USA using a latex-free, hypo-allergenic elastic. The material offers enough padding to help prevent common cuts and skin irritation on the hands, but it’s also breathable and able to absorb both sweat and chalk, improving your grip.

To ensure a custom, secure fit, the finger holes on all WODies are cut only as small slits, allowing the user to individually cut the holes to match his or her finger size. Just be sure to consult the sizing chart below before making your order. The more accurate the glove size, the better the results.

Please Note: WODies are machine washable, so you can clean and re-use them repeatedly without concern of built-up bacteria or odor. Wash with like colors and tumble dry low.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Multi-Functional I'm enjoying these gloves tremendously. My favorite element is that they are versatile, not only as a skin protection device for gymnastic moves, but also include the wrist support. Perfect example was a WOD I did today involving deadlifts and bar muscle-ups. They worked great for both. I've seen some comments on them being a little slippery for heavy weights. Biggest recommendation for use is get them chalked up and broken in. They seem a little slick at first. After regular use and chalking my hands just like I would if I was wearing nothing, they've improved a lot in functionality. Improvements I'd like to see would be: 1) a slightly thicker or more durable feeling material. The material is probably fine, but it just feels a little flimsy. 2) Maybe a little more reinforcing thread around the finger cut-outs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great wrist support I have several friends that have been using WODies and love them, so I was finally able to get some for myself. I really like the strong wrist support. I’ve been using them for a month, and they are great for lifting. They conform to my hands and get better over time. Love them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Gloves I purchased the Wodies because my hands had gotten rips in them that were killing me! Initially, the holes in the gloves for the fingers were kind of snug, but after a few uses, they definitely broke in. These gloves are thin enough to where it doesn't impede my workout, but thick enough to keep my hands protected. I'm so glad I bought these gloves.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mixed thoughts, but great overall! To be fair, there are pros and cons, especially if you buy them for different specific reasons. Pros: no callouses, as these cover the palm pretty well; Keeps your fingers flexible, no restrictive issues; Wrist stability is spot on, the material and velcro, as well as the thickness of the band, makes for fantastic wrist stability; You can adjust the wrist bands to whatever tightness/looseness you wish, which is wonderful. Cons: for lifting up, such as bent over rows, or lifting things with metal or smooth surfaces, there is no "grip", it is actually very slippery once you start lifting pretty heavy weights; For use on smooth surfaces even on the floor, it acts like socks and slides, so the only thing really keeping me in place are my fingers and thumbs--mountain climbers notoriously make me slide forwards in these; If the wrist straps are tight enough and comfortable, once you bend your wrist at all, circulation is cut off--easy fix, but it's annoying to keep adjusting every set. Overall, I bought them to reduce callouses, so for my intended purposes they are great! But when I try to use them for gripping, they aren't bad, just need a while to get used to, or simple just taking off the palm portion and using them solely for the wrist stability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fit! I just bought these and they fit great! They don't slide around while working out and the wrist support is great. I like that you cut the finger holes to your specifications to ensure a great fit! I would definitely buy again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good fit! I purchased the JerkFit Wodies mainly for hand protection and to allow for a better grip (my hands sweat right through chalk!). The sizing guide is spot on - size Small fit my hands perfectly. The hand protection is great. I am still in the breaking in process because I still find I slip somewhat but I plan on sticking with it! This is the reason for giving 4 out of 5 stars - it is taking me a little longer to increase the grip but I am partly to blame because of a tweaked shoulder.
