52" Pull-Up Bar

Rogue P-3 Pull-Up System

Manufactured in Ohio using the same 11-gauge steel as our full-scale rigs and racks, the versatile Rogue P-3 Pull-Up System is a single, compact unit designed for ceiling mounts (for a ceiling height of 8 to 9’6” feet) or wall mounts.* Once anchored securely to concrete or wood studs, the P-3 gives you the option of a bar position at either 14” or 22” from the wall/ceiling.

The complete P-3 Pull-Up System comes standard with a 52” Pull-Up Bar, and can serve as a dependable rings station, as well. If you want to expand the set-up for more athletes, you can daisy-chain additional brackets together by spacing them out 3-4 feet apart, then running a single 1” steel tube/1.25” OD pipe through all of the brackets (4 brackets, for example, would create a 12-foot pull-up bar). In most cases, this type of pipe can be purchased at your local hardware store.

*To allow for more space for kipping pull-ups, the larger P-4 Pull-Up System may work better for wall-mounting, as well as for ceiling-mounts in garage gyms with ceilings higher than 9’6”.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As legit as the reviews stated. Did a little research, read the reviews and made the purchase. This pull up system is solid and sturdy. Mounted on the garage ceiling and ready for work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid as a rock Bought and quickly installed my pull-up bar. The wall mounts weren’t perfect leave so pushing the bar through the second hole required a nudge. Then realized that the lock nuts were supposed to have gone in prior. Too late. The bar is in and snug and I love having it there. I hung a Trx off the end of the bar. The house will fall down before that pull up bar budges. 4.5” screws deep in the studs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hands down, best quality pull up bar The majority of my workout equipment is from rogue, and they are by far the best quality on the market. This pull up bar is rock solid, looks awesome, and it's a great addition to my garage gym. WORTH EVER PENNY!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product for low ceilings with modification My husband installed this in our basement with a 7’9” ceiling and the higher insert slot is perfect. I’m 5’7 and he’s 5’9. He’s planning on cutting the lower portion of the brackets off since it’s possible to hit your head on them (don’t worry he’s a tradesman) but it would be excellent to have a version specifically for low ceilings with shorter brackets. It’s difficult to please everyone in every situation though. The material is excellent quality, and while I echo the sentiments about the mounting hardware from other reviews I also know my husband probably would have thrown included hardware in the trash and gotten better hardware anyways.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad I bought! I bought this about a month ago. I needed a bar for my basement which has low ceiling. This works perfect! If you are thinking of getting it just do it. You won’t be disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid. Easy to install. One thing to keep in mind Excellent product, same feedback as all the other enthusiastic buyers. I was mounting mine right into an old solid wood door frame with studs behind, so I wasn't worried about mount points. However, I did find a few tips when installing it: Mount one side first, install all bolts for it. Keep in mind to leave space ABOVE the pullup bar for your head on pull-ups. Assemble the other bracket, and put the pole into the holes to test for levelness. It's helpful to do this part with a second pair of hands. Make sure the bar is level. Make sure you have enough room to re-insert the bar if you have to remove it. Mark the drill hole on the bottom of the left bracket, (this was enough to be self supporting) and then do your checks to determine level position of bar BEFORE drilling 2nd and 3rd holes on the left hand support. Finish up, snug in bolts and washers hand tight. Take your time! Have fun. I love my new pullup bar!
