P-5V Garage Pull-Up System

Customizable Wall or Ceiling-Mounted Pull-Up Bar Solution

Uniquely designed for a sturdy ceiling mount or wall mount, the Rogue P-5V Garage Pull-Up System’s 1x2” 11-Gauge Steel brackets can be customized to virtually any training space. Like the P-3 system, the P-5V brackets measure 24x23” inches with pull-up bar slots at both 14” and 22” from the mounting point.

The P-5V Garage Pull-Up System can be anchored to any stable wood stud/ceiling joist or concrete wall at the height of your choosing. For larger gyms, multiple brackets can also be daisy-chained together—separated by a few feet-- to create more pull-up stations while optimizing both space and materials.

Available in bracket pairs or as a complete system with a 52" pull-up bar, the P-5V Garage Pull-Up System is a durable, practical, and expandable option for a garage gym or full-scale weight training facility.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid / Wide Bar I recently installed this bar in my garage and it is rock solid. It is exactly what I was looking for in a pull bar that I can also use for ring attachments as well as T2B workouts. I went with the 1/2" x 4 1/2" lag screws although I'm sure the 3/8" screws would have been perfectly fine and easier to install (1/2" x 5 1/2" screws are completely unnecessary in my opinion and very difficult to install). 1/2" lag screws require a strong impact driver. Be sure to drill pilot holes so the wood doesn't crack (5/16 drill bit in my case). I installed the unit by myself in about 2 hours. I took some time to make sure I found the center of the ceiling joists under the drywall. You also want to be sure the pilot holes are completely vertical. Start with the two center-most bracket holes, make sure they are centered on the joists and then the two outer-most openings are pretty easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I needed Installation was straightforward. The toughest part was finding the studs. The bar has enough clearance to do pull-ups and even some kipping pull-ups if you have it far enough from the ground. My garage is only 91" so it's great for strict work, ring work and even L Sit Ropes as well. Would totally recommend if you needed to save space and not have a full rig.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made in the USA! Love the quality and versatility. Even when I just didn’t have the proper studs spread apart far enough to mount so the bar ends were flush to the brackets, even with ends sticking out on each side - Unit still so very stable. So nice to have available a USA Made unit. So tired of the lack of quality in other u it’s available. Worth every penny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy and worth the extra money This pullup bar is priced higher than other bars out there. It is worth the extra money if you value a bar that is rock solid and over-engineered. You cannot tell from pics, but the steel on this bar system is super thick. The steel gauge is in the description. However, other bars out there don’t mention their steel gauge. Just realize this is probably the most substantial steel on the market. I have mine mounted on the ceiling. There is absolutely no movement whatsoever. Also, the way the cross bar sits in the brackets makes it easy to change the height position of the bar if so desired. In some other bars out there, you have to loosen the brackets at the ceiling in order to get the bar out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rock solid pull-up bar Mounted mine to wood studs in the garage (over drywall). Bar feels as if it's part of the house - no wiggle, no wobble, no squeaks. Looks great too! 52" bar will fit with studs 16" or 24" apart. I used thread-lock to prevent the bar from turning. Long bar allows for wide grip, narrow grip … great exercise! I think at this price it would be appropriate to let buyers pick from a selection of appropriate mounting hardware, which is not included, hence only 4 stars.
