Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0

Version 3.0 of the Rogue Adjustable Bench features an upgraded 3x3” 11-gauge steel frame, an expanded range of incline and seat positions, and an efficient bolt-together design* that enables a flat $45 parcel shipping cost—far less than past models. This uniquely robust, retractable unit also now includes a built-in upright storage stand (with rubber padding at the base for stability and floor protection) and our new premium textured foam pad.

Adaptable to any size athlete and any type of bench training, the Adjustable Bench 3.0 comes equipped with 10 back pad positions (from 0 to 85 degrees) and 3 seat settings (0, 15, and 30 degrees). Quality rubber feet are included standard, and our new adjustment arm design is contained more efficiently within the unit to allow for quicker and easier changes from athlete to athlete, workout to workout.

There are 2 Versions of the Adjustable Bench 3.0 to choose from:

  • Standard: Includes texture black powder coated steel adjustment rails, standard bench wheels for portability, and your choice of 3 different medium gloss frame finishes: MG Black, MG Rogue Red, or MG Bright Blue.
  • Stainless: Upgraded version includes brushed Stainless Steel rails and premium rubber wheels. Available in MG Black, MG Rogue Red, or MG Bright Blue frame finishes.

MORE SETTINGS, EASIER ADJUSTMENTS

The Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0 allows for 30 different potential custom configurations, with 10 incline positions (0 to 85 degrees) and 3 seat positions (0, 15, and 30 degrees). The improved adjustment arm is also easier to operate, enabling quick transitions of the unit between different athletes and different workouts.

2

QUALITY ROGUE CONSTRUCTION

Every bench is manufactured in the USA using 3x3” 11-gauge steel in a bolt-together design (some assembly required) with laser-cut Rogue branding and a set of upgraded custom rubber feet for floor protection. This unit is noticeably more robust and smoother in operation than past models, maintaining a rock-solid foundation at any setting. The comfortable, supportive padding measures 11.25” in width (or 11” with the premium option) x 52” in length.

3

2 VERSIONS AND MULTIPLE COLORWAYS

Using the options menu in the purchase area, customers can choose from either the Standard 3.0 Bench (texture black powder coat adjustment plates + standard bench wheels) or the Upgraded 3.0 Bench (brushed stainless steel plates and premium rubber wheels). Each version is available in three different medium gloss frame finishes: Black, Rogue Red, or Bright Blue.

4

PORTABILITY AND STORAGE

Along with a convenient set of wheels and a pull-handle for easy mobility, the collapsible Adjustable Bench 3.0 can also now be stored in an upright position, with no need of an add-on bracket. When folded into this position, the unit sits on rubber pads, adding stability and protecting your gym floor.

5

STANDARD & PREMIUM PAD OPTIONS + MINIMAL PAD GAP

Along with the standard 11.25” wide USA-made vinyl pad option, Rogue is now offering customers the option of upgrading to our new Premium USA Textured Foam Pad, which is manufactured in Michigan from a highly engineered, self-skinning polyurethane foam. Specifically developed for the fitness industry, this material enabled us to perfect a surface texture that delivers a noticeably superior grip to standard vinyl. It’s also easier to clean and less vulnerable to wear and tear, with a flat vinyl backing that acts as a moisture barrier between the PU foam padding and its wood base structure. Both pad options maintain a gap of roughly 1 inch between the seat and back, allowing athletes to program their functional presses and arm movements through a full range of inclines without dealing with the discomfort of a disjointed bench.

Rogue adjustable 3.0
As always Rogue comes with a bang. Being 220 pounds this bench can handle a beating. The upgrades padding also makes it non slip with great looking aesthetics. The bottom rubber pieces make the bench stable on uneven surfaces which makes it worth the price. I’ve had other brands with the wobble issue causing that small itch every garage gym owner has for small things like that. I would definitely recommend this bench.

Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0
With 35 years of weightlifting experience this is hands down the best weight bench that I’ve ever used. It’s built like a tank and should last the rest of my lifetime, and then be passed on to the next generation.

Solid bench but building was a pain
Great bench. It's got a good grip and is easy to move around. Building it could use some more info. Step 1 connects the small floor piece with the back piece. The orientation of the connecting piece matters!!!!! It wasn't until I was almost done when I realized I couldn't recline the back all the way down. Had to disassemble, flip the connector from step 1, then reassemble. A small maker to determine orientation would go a long way here. A simple sticker would be fantastic.

Great product, even though I ordered the wrong one
This is a great product. I've been using it and it's really well-made and sturdy. With other benches I always felt a little wobbly and unsafe which always gave me some nerves. Nothing to worry about on this one - this thing is built well and tough. It's a bit heavy when moving around, but that's to be expected. One problem was I ordered the wrong bench. I didn't know there was a stainless steel version which I would have ordered and paid the extra money for, but the webpage defaulted to the non-stainless and I didn't even realize it was a dropdown. Wish I had the stainless steel bench but oh well. I honestly think they should leave the dropdown unselected so the user has to select a version rather than it being assumed for them.

Great Bench
Had the adjustable bench 3.0 for a couple months now and been very happy with it. It is expensive, but i only wanted to buy one bench one time. Having learned my lesson from the past buying cheaper gym equipment and not being happy with the quality. You can always count on Rogue for top notch product.

Super sturdy
Rouge quality was obvious..my only issues are the middle cross section on the assembly if they would make it only fit one way..aka drill the holes different on each side, would save me a headache..like all automotive parts only fit one way..my eyes can't tell the little difference between them

not as good as version 2
Wanted to like this bench, setup was not terribly difficult but having to measure the bolts was a chore. It feels flimsy and cheap compared to the version 2, and feels about the same as the Xmark bench it's replacing. I am having a hard time getting over the disappointment I am feeling about it.
