Rogue RM-6 Monster Rack 2.0

Rogue designed the fully customizable power racks of the Monster Series to meet the high demands of the top professional, collegiate, and high school athletic facilities in the world. We used bigger, 3x3” 11-gauge steel tubing, over-sized 1” hardware, and a bolt-together design for easier portability and affordable shipping. With Version 2.0, we’ve also rolled out a number of new features, including a wide spectrum of custom color options, laser-cut pin position numbers on the uprights and bottom crossmembers, and a keyhole pattern on the sides of each upright—creating compatibility with more add-ons and attachments. Check out all the custom options available on the RM-6 Monster Rack below.

The RM-6 2.0 comes with all required 1" hardware, a set of 4 band pegs, 8 plate storage posts, and ships standard with (2) Rogue Monster 1.5" Wrenches . Any other attachments and accessories pictured are NOT included.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Built like a tank This thing in beyond awesome. Rouge is such a good company to work with. Coordination was easy. Tech support for custom order was great. Shipping was on time and coordinated. Ordered 2 extra j cups and put the weights on the center strut. This way 2 people could use the rack at the same time for squats ext. Couldn't be happier, simply put Rouge is the best!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doubles as a bomb shelter More than I need, yup. Buy another rack in my life, NOPE. No sense in not getting exactly what you want and this was exactly what I wanted. Tons of options, solid doesn't begin to describe it (yet to attach to the floor and it doesn't move), comparing price to other companies, this is the clear winner hands down and besides being from Ohio (GO BLUE!!!), it's an American company. Not one tiny thought of 'buyers remorse', just a grin from ear to ear when I walk into the gym and see this monstrosity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from RM-6 2.0 Update I bought the RM-6 2.0 over 2 years ago and I thought it was time for an update. I’ve used this rack to do every type of training from conjugate method to training for indoor rock climbing, this piece of equipment works great for everything. The band pegs are great for using bands for squats, deadlift, and bench. I haven’t bolted the rack to the ground and it holds up fine for any weight I’ve used. It probably weighs almost 1,800lbs with all the bumper plates and attachments, so it’s not going anywhere. ATTACHMENTS The Matador dip attachment is awesome and works great for weighted dips and straight leg raises. The Monolift is extremely useful, but I wish I had gone with the adjustable Monolift instead of the bolt on version. I got another set of j-cups which gives me 3 work stations for squat, bench and shoulder press. The Landmine attachment is a must have, the exercise possibilities are endless. The Pull Up Spheres are great for improving Grip work but I’ve got several other things I use to improve grip strength. There are several attachments I’ve made, one is a hangboard / pegboard combo which bolts to the rack. The other is a 3” Pull Up Bar (grey) I had a local metal worker fabricate. I’ve also made some mobility rollers that bolt to the rack. IMPROVES: The weight pins that hold the plates need to be upgraded to the ones that bolt to the rack in two places. The current pins tend to sag a little. Size: Instead if going with the 43” and 24” crossmembers, I would have gone with two 43” crossmembers and have a larger footprint with more work spaces. Overall, great rack. Is it overkill...yes but you get what you pay for, customer service is outstanding and this thing has shown zero sign of wear since I bought it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything you want and more!!! I love the fact that there is so much that can be done w/ Rogue in the way of add ons and improvements to your home gym. Yes, I said home gym. The RM-6 may be a little excessive for the home, but I like the best. It gives me the psychological mindset that gives you an edge in the motivation and satisfaction department. There is nothing like a quality, well manufactured free weight Monster for isolation, core building and stability muscle training. The quality of the attachments make every exercise enjoyable and successful. I am experience gains that my other equipment could not provide right from the start!!! Thank you Rogue for giving me something to look forward to as I continue to add pieces from the extensive line of equipment and workout support products of the highest quality! Chris Cartwright

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heart of my Garage Gym After months of research, field trials at several local gyms and studios, and the recommendation of those much smarter than me, I decided to purchase a Rogue Power Rack. I wasn't entirely sure how I wanted to arrange the gym in my garage, so I opted to start with the RM-4. It was clear after about 6 months that my power rack was the center of my gym and I easily decided to add the conversion kit. Simple 5 minute phone call and my upgrade was complete. I am now the proud owner of a custom Power Rack that I will happily use until my last days. This thing is built like a fortress. Once it is bolted to the slab, it isn't going anywhere. I opted to put weight storage posts on the inside as I didn't need the additional "workout station" as others have suggested. I have several exterior attachments (i.e. matador, rope attachment, WOD Rollers, Split Squat Roller, etc. that I need clearance on the outside for. The sturdiness definitely affords that type of flexibility in configuration. I would DEFINITELY recommend buying the additional spotting arms (I have posted a review there as well). The addition of those simple arms gives me the additional workout station on the exterior of the rack that I sacrificed for the interior storage of my bumpers. The versatility is only limited by your imagination. I have configured the entire rack to focus on powerlifting and it has easily handled everything I have thrown at it. As mentioned above, I have several attachments that are easily added and interchangeable with the layout of the holes and keyholes on all sides. * Reverse Hyper Attachment (RH-2M) with optional Removable Hitchpins * Utility Seat with Safety Spotter Arms * Monster Matador * Monster Monolift Suggestions - if I had it do all over again... 1. Just go with the RM-6 to start with. Once you are bitten by the Rogue bug, it doesn't take long to justify the additional options the RM-6 affords you over the RM-4. 2. As I said above, get the Safety Spotter Arms. It gives an entire additional dimension to the outside of the rack - from a workout station to plyobox jumps - opens a lot of doors. 3. Just go with Rogue - they are the leader of the pack for a reason! Others may offer nice equipment, but the innovative thinking and myriad of options make this rack nearly impossible to beat!
