Rogue Wrist Roller

Available in both a rack-mounted and handheld/portable version, the Rogue Wrist Roller is a forearm and grip strength training tool that goes beyond traditional wrist curls.

Both versions of the Wrist Roller are manufactured from quality steel with 2” diameter, 6" handles and a durable 58.5” nylon strap and carabiner. For set-up, the user should place the Roller at shoulder level, either hooking the lower end of the strap through a kettlebell or using a loading pin to add their desired weight in plates. Carefully rotating the Wrist Roller's handles forward or backward will raise and lower the attached weight incrementally, creating a dynamic type of flexion and extension movement ideal for building stronger forearms.

The Rack Mount Wrist Roller is compatible with all 3x3” Monster Lite uprights and can also be easily retro-fitted for 2x3" Infinity units by using our optional adapter kit.* Each roller comes with shaft collars, a mounting panel, and a detent pin for a quick, secure set-up. The handheld version features the same design without the collars or mounting section, and can work different muscle groups—particularly the shoulders—since the user won’t have the aid of a rack in stabilizing the roller in front of them.

*Infinity Series Retro-Fit Kit: Owners of an Infinity rig or rack can add this kit to their order via the column on the right. It includes two UHMW plastic pieces and four screws to secure the plastic to the clasp of each unit.

Mixed Feelings
Wrist Roller w/ Rack Mount w/ Infinity Adapter: Excellent concept and works fairly well. At 180$ it's a bit sloppy and not the typical quality build, and attn to detail that I've come to expect from Rogue. Insufficient packaging: arrived with locking collar busted off and banged up a bit. At the $150 price point the $27 Infinity "Adapter" (block of plastic w 4 screws) should be included, or better yet, a specific 2x3 (Inifinity) build. Despite shortcomings it's a decent piece of equipment. Would I recommend? Maybe. Could it be better at $180? Absolutely. Could the design be improved upon? Without a doubt.

every gym should have this
Awesome piece of equipment. I have a small space, equipment like this goes a long way because you get a lot of bang for your buck without taking up tons of space in the gym. I would recommend this to any at home gym, garage gym or commercial gym

Wish it was a bit smaller and lighter
I tried this at the gym I go to. The weight of the bar itself is heavy, to hold it in proper alignment with elbows tucked in at hips at a 90 degree angle was impossible for me currently. I see a photo with arms straight at shoulder height and I have heard that position activates shoulders instead. My hands are quite small and that makes it tricky to use. Holding the bar with straight arms, with a slight bend at the hips I am able to use it, and get a few reps in, and a forearm pump. It definitely wasn't made for beginner women in mind, but I hope to keep using and improve. I do wish there was a lighter more female inclusive model available, since you can add weight at the pin.

Good gear as always
The wrist roller arrived quickly and is made well. There was some weld spatter in the grip area that I had to remove and then I put some grip tape on the handles. Works great.

Underwhelmed
I bought the rack mounted wrist roller. Three stars because it works, fits in the rack well, looks durable, etc. However, I was hoping for an upgrade over using a band wrapped around my barbell sleeve. Sadly, it's not. My issues are the same as in other reviews: 1. The strap attachment causes a big hump in the resistance curve. 2. The powder coat finish is too smooth, making grip more of a limiter than the wrists 3. The bearing mechanism has a lot of friction, making the negative feel too light For a Rogue product made in America, I expected more.
