Yoke, Squat Stand, & Sled: All-In-One

This Yoke is built to tear up the streets - Use as traditional squat/press stand, Yoke or Push/Drag.  The American-made Y-1 Rogue Yoke features 2 x 3" 11-Gauge steel uprights, versatile skid/storage feet, and a weight capacity topping 750LB. A modern take on a classic strongman training tool, the 72" Y-1 is the most compact and maneuverable of the Y-Series yokes, positioning easily into almost any training space and creating just a 50" x 48" footprint.

The Y-1's fully adjustable crossbar enables simple customization for any workout, from a basic yoke carry to the Zercher carry, Zercher squat, and sled training exercises. The yoke can also be converted for squats, bench or pressing movements, making it a legitimate all-in-one option for a garage gym or larger facility.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for basement gym! We moved a few weeks ago, and my one request was a setup to exercise again (not that pushups and air squats for a year wasn't great). After some consideration, I went with the Y-1 yoke, and here's why I think it is a good fit for a lot of athletes: 1. It's short (6 ft). This means it fits in a basement or a garage with a low ceiling. If you have the space, a taller yoke would be amazing too. 2. Rack. This has the J-cups for your basic powerlifts, and can accommodate weights far greater than I'm putting up 3. Pull-ups. The top bar can be used for pull-ups and t2b if you want (granted, I'm 5'8 with shoes on, which skews my thoughts here). The thick bar limits the reps I can put out in a set...but that just points to the reality that I need to work on my grip game. 4. Plate storage. Even if you don't use this as a true yoke, the pins at the bottom give you space to store a lot of your plates, saving space and money. 5. Versatility. The crossbar can be adjusted to sue the yoke as a proper yoke. However, this can also be a sled. I've also adjusted the bar as a height for coupling movements like a sandbag with a box-get-over. Because the crossbar can be taken off, you could disassemble the whole thing to take outside for workouts if you wanted. 6. Rogue's shipping game is strong. I ordered this to be shipped to the new house within the suggested window for processing and shipping to arrive when we moved. The Yoke was at the house about a week before we moved in. I wanted a squat rack, something to do pull-ups on, and plate storage when I started shopping. The Y-1 gave me that and a few other fun bits. For the price, I honestly can't recommend it highly enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most versatile home gym equipment Really enjoying my yoke 2.0 set. It was easy to assemble and I am mechanically challenged. I invested in this because I can squat, bench, do yoke runs, and load implements over the bar. This is a must for every strongman home gym. Also rogue sent me an extra set of yoke “feet” due to the other ones not fitting their standard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great versatile piece of equipment I love that I can train with this piece in many different ways. Squat, bench, push/pull sled, yoke, etc.. A word of advice, if you’re kinda taller like myself (6’1) then I suggest getting a Y-2 or Y-3 because your head will bump against the crossmember. If you do get the Y-1 this problem is easily fixed by just putting some thicker mats under the legs of the yoke to raise it up a few inches giving you more room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome home-gym investment! The Y1 yoke came recommended to me by a friend who has one. He'd bought one pre-pandemic for strongman training with very little garage space on hand. I'm able to utilize it perfectly in my garage for primarily squat, press, bench activities and easily pop it outside for yoke work. The construction is solid and assembly was exceedingly simple.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect as a squat rack I bought it with the intention to use as a squat rack but was a bit nervous about the hight of the cross bar. At the top height with both pins in my head would hit it just( I'm 5'10") but I moved the bar up one notch so the top pin isn't actually connected and now have plenty of room and the rack is just as stable as before.
