Rogue Safety Squat Bar doesn't make squatting any easier.

The weight distribution is unique to this bar. Training with the Rogue Safety Squat bar is known to tax your anterior chain; the weight distribution falls between the front squat and the high-bar back squat to vary your power output training. This bar is a safer option for intense squat progressions or maximum load lifts.This bar is known to increase your maximum working weight when compared to the traditional back squat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from safety bar we enjoy the bar except the handle pads should be thicker in circumstance to allow better fit across the shoulder blades . Can we purchase the back pad & add them to the two side handles . This extra padding would improve this bar 100%

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but..... I'm an older lifter, and I bought this bar because of mobility issues in my right shoulder. While the bar certainly helps with that, the thinness of the padding across my back makes it VERY uncomfortable for heavier sets (for me, that's above 300). On the other hand, I do feel leg day a lot more in the quads now than with a straight bar, it's easy to get balanced across your back, and overall stability feels better. Fix the pads and I'll recommend it.

As someone needing to put major focus on the quads for classic physique, this has really seemed to help me out but not only that. I have a cyst in my wrist so that caused regular barbell squats to be quite painful with how the wrist bends back, this bar takes that pain away in that area as well as some I had in the delts.

The bar has allowed me to do squats since sustaining injuries long ago.... do not second guess it buy now and the hex trap bar too if you are plagued with injuries and still want to train proficiently

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quickly becoming my Squat Bar of Choice After a few weeks of use, this is a fantastic squat bar. High bar squats have been problematic due to old neck and head injuries but this bar removes all of those problems. My technique has improved greatly as a result. The exercise arsenal is growing as I learn to use it for good mornings, single leg squats etc, my quads are lett8ng me know that they are getting a much better workout now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cured Shoulder Pain Amazing bar all around EXCEPT for one thing. The padding could be of higher quality. Especially for how badass the rest of the bar is. If I could I would’ve given the bar a 4.9 out of 5. But stuck giving it a 4.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatility at its best I bought this bar because I was dealing with shoulder tendinitis and backsquats were no longer an option. This bar allowed to continue with my training. Another great thing was I used it to work on box squats, which had the added benefits of working on my posterior chain which I have struggled with for a while.
