The Stick rolls knots out of muscle, providing myofascial release and trigger point therapy.  This therapeutic procedure inactivates trigger points (muscle knots/kinks), warms muscle, increases circulation and encourages nutrient-rich blood flow.  The Stick relieves pain, increases range of motion, promotes flexlibility and accelerates recovery.

Big Stick - A favorite of weight lifters, football players and those who aspire to muscle madness. This model features a 0.75" core and has very little flexibility. It is 30" long with 18 working spindles. This is not a "wimp" Stick. Endorsed by senior USA Weightlifting Coach, Mike Burgener.

Stiff Stick - A stiff model that is very rigid with black dual cam grips. It is 24" in length and hosts 12 spindles. This model allows the user to deeply penetrate heavy muscle mass.

How to use the Stick

  • Typical warm-up is about 20 progressively deeper passes over each muscle group (about 30 seconds per area)
  • Pain is experienced when the spindles locate a bump or tender knot in the muscle known as trigger points.
  • Muscles containing triggerpoints are often weak, stiff and sore.  They are frequently tight, easily tire and often hurt.
  • Chronic trigger points need 20 additional passes over the involved area and may require attention several times daily.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Review for: the travel stick The travel stick is great for loading up leg muscles but honestly I’m a 255 pound football and rugby player that works out about 3-4 times a week and the product is great but I would recommend maybe the stuff stick for larger men but for a pregame warmup and using it after leg day, it’s great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tool!!! Since getting the Big Stick, I've been able to get the exact preparatory work I need to get muscles ready for the days workout. In addition, this is also the best post-workout tool to help with recovery. It provides more specific prep and release than foam rolling. I like the fact that I can control with pressure to get more or less impact on the muscles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Tool! I'm a senior citizen and have had my stick for over 8 years. It was given to me by my chiropractor because of issues. Now that it has finally broken, I'm ready for a new one. I'd recommend "The Stick" to anyone. After using the stick, my muscles feel so good. So if you are wondering about getting this product, go for it. You will be pleased at the results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Product I have two version of The Stick; the original and the big. I find these are amazing for warming up and generally working out tight muscles. For pre-workout applications they are amazing for loosening up muscles prior to stretching or actual warm up sets. I'm 5'11, 240lbs so hitting my back is a bit of an issue but with the big stick it's pretty easy. Hitting my glutes, hamstrings and quads has never felt so good. Other product such as lacrosse balls, rollers, etc all have a degree of pain tolerance that must be negotiated prior to the positive effects being felt. The Stick avoids this. For delayed onset muscle soreness I love these products because they can work out the muscles to loosen things up, with no pain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An amazing tool. I ordered The Big Stick and it hurts so good. With this product you'll never have to pay for a massage ever again. I have a lot of knots in my muscles so it really hurt to use this at first. After a few passes it starts to hurt less and you can feel your muscles loosening up. I'd recommend it to anyone who works out.
