GORUCK Ruck Plate Carrier - Long

The Long Ruck Plate Carrier™ from GORUCK is purpose-built for weighted PT and has an elevated Ruck Plate® pocket that will securely fit a 45LB or 30LB (Long) Ruck Plate. This streamlined design includes ergonomic lumbar support (EVA foam padding) to match the natural curve of the back, as well as a new, less abrasive fabric (210D HT Cordura) on the back panel and underside of the shoulder straps, allowing shirtless training with no friction burn.

The majority of the Long RPC is made from ultra-durable 1000D Cordura, with a 1050D Ballistic Cordura bottom panel offering extra reinforcement when dropped. The shoulder straps are extra-padded to carry heavier loads more comfortably, and a padded top handle is included for easy grab-and-go portability. A redesigned Training Sternum Strap has also been included with this model; built wider and tougher to help better disperse heavy loads. 

Available here in black, each Long Ruck Plate Carrier features GORUCK branding in white and a Velcro front panel for adding custom patches.
