These shorts stay in place and have a comfortable waist band. They are pretty baggy in the legs for my frame. I still enjoy wearing them around because they are comfortable.

I am thrilled with the shorts! They are extremely comfortable to workout in and just as cozy wearing everyday. The shirts are form fitting so if you don’t like tight order a size up.

Not sure about running with these but I do love how soft the waistband is. Perfect for crossfit type workouts or lounging around the house. They are very light weight.
