The Cyr Bell Ladder has been a staple of the Invitational’s Strongman competition, and could very well return this year. In 2022, it was another vicious head-to-head gauntlet featuring a series of massive old-school dumbbells of ascending weight, from 253 LBS up to 285 LBS. Completing one successful one-arm Cyr press is difficult enough. To win the challenge, Oleksii Novikov managed to complete 5 reps overall, including 2 with the 285LB bell. Among the other competitors, only Trey Mitchell managed one rep at 285LB.
