Yoke Carry, Overhead Log Lift Medley Highlights | Strongman Event 5 At The 2022 Rogue Invitational

The past two years of the Strongman competition in Austin have included the Yoke Carry + Overhead Log Lift Medley, in which the athletes had to complete a 50-foot Yoke Carry at 1,000 LBS + 3 Overhead Lifts of a 360LB Log, for time. Last year, the event proved to be a showcase for one of Strongman’s rising stars, as Mitchell Hooper put the whole field on notice with a time of 32.69 seconds; more than 14 seconds better than runner-up Maxime Boudreault and 20 seconds ahead of third place finisher Bobby Thompson.
