Rogue 2x3 Echo GHD - Glute-Ham Developer

Designed for compatibility with Rogue Infinity Series racks and rigs, the 2x3" version of the Echo GHD gives more gym owners a way to set up a quality glute ham developer--without the expense of a large, stand-alone unit.

The 2x3 Echo GHD comes standard with a 30" x 24" (Pad) vinyl GHD pad and your choice of either a 2" or 3" foot roller assembly. Either version comes with the option to add a Rogue Games Box and/or a compatible Echo GHD Stabilizer Kit* to your order.

The 2" mount is intended solely for the 2" (front/back) faces of an Infinity upright, while the 3" mount will work exclusively with the 3" sides of an Infinity upright.

Simply strap the GHD pad to a Games Box or comparable plyo box, and mount the roller to the upright of any Infinity rig or rack that is securely fastened to the floor (we do NOT recommend the Echo GHD for use with squat stands). A convenient detent pin is included for mounting the foot roller, making it easy to adjust the height for different users or exercises.

For added security, both the underside of the GHD pad and the webbing of the seatbelt-style straps feature a non-slip, "grabber" fabric that helps prevent unwanted movement or sliding of the unit on a slick floor.

Many athletes already know the benefits of GHD training-- from building stronger glutes and hamstrings to promoting midline stability, powerful abdominal muscle recruitment, and the safe, active development of the spinal erectors. The challenge was always budgeting for the machine or finding room for it in a garage gym. The Echo GHD destroys those obstacles with a budget price, easy set-up and storage, reliable American craftsmanship, and a performance level to rival most freestanding machines. If you’ve wanted a genuine GHD in your gym, there are no further excuses.

Both foot roller assemblies for the 2x3 Echo GHD are compatible exclusively with our Infinity Series uprights and should not be mounted to any other type of upright. The wall-mounted Rogue 2x3 Strip® accessory CAN be used in place of an upright, but will work ONLY with the 3" foot roller assembly.

*A Note on Echo GHD Stabilizer Kits:
By adding an optional Echo GHD Stabilizer Kit to an order, you will have another method for reducing any unwanted movement or rocking of the GHD during use. The kit comes in two versions (for either the 2" or 3" roller assembly) and can be mounted to any Infinity upright. The 3" Stabilizer Kit CAN also be mounted using a Rogue 2x3 Strip® accessory, but the 2" kit CANNOT. Both versions of the Stabilizer Kit have 12 standard adjustment settings 1" on center, and the angle at which you set it up can allow for many more custom adjustments. A detent pin is included.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Garage Gym Must!! Wanted to buy the full GHD setup but we're really trying to keep the garage space for a second car during the winter months. I had built my own box a couple years ago and bought the GHD pad and rollers for our R-3W fold out rack. It works great and is easy to put out of the way. I already needed space for my box so it doesn't take up really any more room by adding the pad to the top of it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Gets the job done. This is a solid product and great addition to my garage gym. I used stringers to mount a strip on drywall wood studs and it is bomb proof. The wall attachment is a pain to adjust but it works. I built a box for it on rubber flooring and it doesn't move at all. I wish I had purchased the higher model ghd after using it for a while but I saved a ton of cash with this. Great quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Saves space. A little bit of a pain to set up. Has held up well over the last few years. I used to stack weights in front of it to keep from slipping with GH raises. Now added a strap and works great. In retrospect, should have bought a real GHD but that was my fault.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact and Well Made I have been using this GHD for 6 months now and it has become a great addition to my mostly Rogue garage gym. The pad is very well made and the stitching seems to be holding up great with no signs of wear. The thing I like about most is the ability to store the pad up on a shelf in my garage out of the way and the roller assembly and stabilizer attached to the backside of my R-3 rack, also out of the way. I would not be able to store a traditional GHD machine in my garage. Everything, like ALL Rogue products, is very well made and super durable. I highly recommend this GHD, especially if you are short on space and still want a FULLY functional GHD machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Quality I bought the entire GHD system (pad, rollers, stabilizer bar, box, and The Strip). Everything is of very high quality. The pad is very comfortable even when you're suffering during a workout. If you're installing this onto studs, its a little involved. However, You can do it in a couple of hours. Overall, I'm very impressed. It's a lot of money, and a decent amount of time to install the ghd, but I think it's worth it. You can tell that it's not cheaply made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even Better Way to Save Space A GHD was the one much needed addition to my home gym. Having installed the Rogue folding rack, I saw that the Matador dip attachment provides a perfectly stable, level shelf. Mounted at 24" it lines up with my 24" Plyo box, allowing me to set the Echo GHD right on top (strapped to a 3/4" piece of plywood). The only problem was when mounted to the rack, it took more room than I wanted for my small gym space. Add the "Strip" on the wall and problem solved! 2 simple clamps tighten everything up, plenty stable for my 205lb. self.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Quality I am using this GHD with the 3" mount on the 2x3 strip on a brick wall. The leather quality and the firmness of the foam inside is very rugged. Identical to the Rogue free standing GHD. It definitely moves forward if you go hard and use momentum. I recommend the stabilizer arm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The pad alone is worth it So I stupidly bought a Titan rack instead of a Rogue meaning I couldn't use the foot roller assembly. I bought the pad anyway thinking I could rig something up. Just having the pad on the floor and using a load barbell with a bar pad I'm able to do GHR's (much, much, much easier on my knees than Nordic curls), back extensions, GHR situps with ease. The unadvertised part, which is probably the best part, is the back therapy this adds. I put the pad on some pull boxes so the hump is elevated, position the hump right under my ribs and fold over it. The stretch/decompression I'm able to get is just as intense as using the special beds that fold at the chiropractor's office. This function alone is worth the price.
