Rogue KG Competition Plates (IWF)

I’ve had sets of IWF plates since April 2020. Initially 1 pair each of 10-20 and 3 of 25’s. Recently I’ve added another pair of 25’s tie to from rogue. In the last few days the hub was beginning to shift and the bolts were frozen from already being completely tightened, so I reached out to rogue because I didn’t know what to do. I’ve only used those plates 4-5 times and all but 1 of those times was to squat. I wasn’t sure what to expect because of the nature of the product and was worried rogue would say that they couldn’t do anything because they couldn’t verify the type of use. I was happily wrong. Rogue responded over the weekend and offered to replace the plates. At this point I now probably own 10k in rogue equipment, either directly purchased, or purchased 2nd hand. Even when their quality suffered for the very first time, they gave me a reason to continue being a loyal customer. I’ve stuck with rogue because of the way they supported small manufacturing businesses during the lock downs, but this is another reason to keep me a rogue owner for life!

My son loves this brand of weights. It's the second set I have purchased for him for Christmas. We highly recommend purchasing. Easy to stack and doesn't take tons of room in the house. The grip is easy to hold with your hands. I like the feel much better than the iron weights.

I love these Rogue Change Plates soo much!! Planning to get one more set!! The reason behind is because I always add 0.5KG to all my lifts, small increments help me to lift heavier weights in the long run! Helps me a lot in all my workouts - bench, squats, pulley - and actually pushes me to increase my heavier lifts gradually. Must have for every home/garage gyms! I give this a 5 stars as the colours are also beautiful!! Knowing I am in Hong Kong and I can easily get any other brands of change plates but I insisted in getting Rogue’s and ship them all the way over here and you know they are worth every penny.

These are quality change plates. Go Get 'em and you will like them. Legendary. I use 4 pairs of 2.5 KG... on both of my 2 Rogue loadable dumbbells. The 4 plates, 1 bar, and 2 collars add up to the perfect 60 pounds in each hand. There ain't none better. Go Rogue!

I have had the 2.5 and 5 kg friction grip change plates for my home gym and have used them for 6+ months. I probably use them every session as I add weight. I have an Oly style fitness bar (standard sized collars) and a Rogue Oly cerakote bar. They're initially very tight on the collar but are just a touch less so now after a lot of sessions, but they're still so mechanically tight that they would not come off of the bar until I take them off. IMHO exactly as designed. They make me happy using them. The colors are still bright. They never smelled like rubber (I'm in SoCal and in a well ventilated garage though) and they were a sound investment in my Oly lifting pursuits.

Quality is exceptional. Snug enough to stay where they are put on the bar without being too tight without any slop/play. Way easier to use and store than steel plates. Definitely not as loud as steel. Definitely have future purchases planned.

I have and LOVE my steel calibrated weight plates but for some reason there's no 1k,2k,1.5k and they are certainly needed for micro loading so I got the missing ones and before I knew it I had the whole rubber coated set!z It's great to be able to tell by color what plate I need and they're plenty snug on the OUTSIDE of the collars for most lifts on my Ohio bar. As much as I love my chrome slim calibrated plates unless they're clamped in I'm hearing jingle bells all the way! These ones are silent when racking, using etc. 5 stars and I simply use band pegs to act as plate holders for lighter weights. It's easier to grab a few at a time and remove from a slim stick compared to a weight plate post. Perfectly accurate within 10 grams as promised..FINALLY back in stock. In bothe lbs and kg and after a long slow patient wait I have them all FINALLY!

I've had these change plates for a few months and I really like these plates. The rubber coated plates feels and looks of high quality materials. Also, the lettering and numbering are crisp and clear.
