Rated 2 out of 5 by from Massive Metal on Metal Grind Seems like it will be a good product, but unfortunately mine came with an off centered pulley, that has constant metal on metal grinding, which makes it pretty much unusable. I have sent multiple emails to Rogue about this, the first one they just said its bare bones, the 2nd email they just ignored me. Unfortunately I've been highly dissapointed, with Rogues supposedly amazing customer service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I would buy it again. It does what it is supposed to and works well. My only gripe is that its kind of a pain to put up and take down. I wish the pulleys had a carabiner or something so you could rearrange it quicker. As it comes, you have to feed the whole cable through the loops and it's a little annoying. I might cut the straps and put on some locking carabiners but it's working fine, so I'll leave it for now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it, but... Like many, I'm building my gym on a budget. I can't do any overhead tricep work without it killing my elbows, so my options to REALLY load my triceps were limited. This little thing is built like a tank and works great! However, I wish the cable length could be adjusted. My rack is too short to rig anything up and it doesn't have any crossmembers. I ended up using the strap and carabiner from the Rogue cannonballs to rig something up. I fed the carabiner through the metal ring of the pulley and wrapped the strap around the pull up bar of my power tower (roughly set to 82" here).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good budget pulley The pulley is good, very sturdy and smooth. My only gripe is that I wish the pulley had shorter cable options as the one I have does not go all the way up so I have to do tricep extensions in my knees, not a deal breaker. It provides the ability to do a lot of different pull down type excercises without breaking the bank

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product This pulley set up is great for the price. Beats paying hundreds of dollars for a dedicated machine. Next up, the lower pulley set

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One adjustment I love it. Works great and seems durable. If the length was adjustable it would be perfect. Due to my set up and the long length I have to sit on the floor to do lat pulls and my triceps movements. If you could some how shorten or adjust the length you would have a perfect product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good in a Pinch This is a good system if you’re out of space and already have a squat rack. It’s a bit awkward to use from a normal-height bench, so we use floor mats. Adding weight plates and removing them is difficult for one person when lower pulley (sold separately from upper pulley) isn’t connected; it takes two people (one to hold the attachment, like a lat pull bar), or dismantling everything between each set. Otherwise, you’ll get hit in the head quite impressively, as was demonstrated by my Personal Trainer this morning. Lat pull downs are also quite awkward unless you either mount the pulley system more than 8’ high, or do more of a lat pull-across, away from the system. All that said, I’d still recommend this to anyone who loves cable workouts, has a squat rack or ceiling hook, but doesn’t have enough space for a full cable system.
