Rated 5 out of 5 by from Home Gym - Complete! I thought when I left my gym the one thing I would lose is access to any of my pulley exercises... Until I found this! I was happy to discover that this product existed when purchasing my rack through Rogue. In everyday use of the upper and lower pulleys, if you can get a little bit creative, you can almost fully replace the need for having a separate pulley stack altogether. Of course if space isn't a concern and money isn't a concern either, then you could buy another piece of equipment, but the minor inconveniences of this system are far outweighed by the convenience it provides and a pretty seamless experience of working with pulleys. There are a few things you'll run into where the cable is too long for certain exercises, mostly for the lower setup, but again - I see no need now to buy something separate and the amount of weight you can put on this system is truly remarkable. Will never outgrow it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! I’m so happy I bought this. It adds so much to my Rogue rack. No need for the triceps metal attachment. The straps are super high quality! I ordered the lower pulley system right away because of the high quality of the upper! Awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works fine I wasn’t sure if I wanted to make one or just buy the Econo Pulley Set. I ended up buying the Econo. It’s pretty smooth. I have used it for lat pulls, triceps push downs, and low rows. I’m happy I bought this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A must have This is a great tool. Not only do lat pulls and rows, you can do triceps, biceps, abs, goblet squats, deadlifts, rear belts, straight arm pull downs, hip abductors, abductors, glutes, hip flexors, you could a whole body workout with this. Only downside is the pulley wheel is very noisy. Similar to nails on chalkboard. Turn up the music to block it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job This may not be the simplest device to manipulate but once you get everything where it needs to be it does the job very well. Very heavy duty components and low maintenance. Just a helpful note in my situation anyway. When setting up the low pulley make sure it it fastened to something forward of the top pulley. I have a TDS rack and do not have access behind it so my top pulley is fastened to the top of the frame the bottom pulley must be forward of this so I had to put a barbell across the bottom front frame and rig some weights to hold it down.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I would buy it again. It does what it is supposed to and works well. My only gripe is that its kind of a pain to put up and take down. I wish the pulleys had a carabiner or something so you could rearrange it quicker. As it comes, you have to feed the whole cable through the loops and it's a little annoying. I might cut the straps and put on some locking carabiners but it's working fine, so I'll leave it for now.
