Build strength without compromise with the Rogue 29MM Stump Bar. The Stump Bar is a rackable, short-sleeve version of our stainless steel Ohio Power Bar, built with the same 29MM diameter, 200,000 PSI, little-to-no flex shaft, bronze bushings, and aggressive knurl pattern. Though the shorter sleeve length (7.3125” vs 16.25”) reduces its potential weight loads, the 30LB Stump Bar is ideal for home gym owners who train in tight quarters or facilities tight on space who don’t need full-length sleeves for their powerlifting movements.

EFFICIENCY MEETS FUNCTIONALITY
The compact design doesn’t equate to lifting light weight. With a loadable sleeve length of just over 7" this bar has the capacity for (4) standard iron plates on each end, while still leaving ample room for collars. The 51.58” spacing between the sleeves allows this bar to be racked on any standard power rack or squat stand. This barbell allows for a wide range of strength movements from the rack or floor, all within limited space constraints.
For those looking to maximize the weight on shorter sleeves, the Rogue USA Olympic Plates or Rogue KG Calibrated Plates will allow you to exceed a 500lb+ total bar load.

TENSILE STRENGTH
Expressed in PSI, tensile strength measures the maximum weight a barbell can support before deforming. The 200K tensile strength falls within the optimal range of not bending under normal use, yet not been inflated to the point that it will shorten the life of the bar.
BARBELL KNURLING EXPLAINED

Hauptmerkmale der 29 MM Stump Bar
Ein kurzer, aber Rackbare Power Bar
Die Stump Bar ist ein Platzsparer und ein Game-Changer für Fitnessstudio-Besitzer, die das Gefühl, die Funktion und die Rackbarkeit einer Standard-Power-Bar wollen, aber nicht die maximal belastbare Aufnahmelänge benötigen. Mit einer Gesamtlänge von 68,3125 Zoll ist diese Stange etwa 18 Zoll kürzer als die Ohio Power Bar und wiegt 15 Pfund weniger (30 Pfund gegenüber 45 Pfund). Mit einem Standardschaft mit 29 mm Durchmesser, Powerlifting-Rändelmarkierungen und Rack-kompatiblen Aufnahmenabständen ermöglicht die Stump Bar den Athleten jedoch, genau so zu trainieren, wie sie es mit einer Langhantel in voller Länge tun würden. 200,000 PSI Zugfestigkeit

Aggressive rändelung

Feinschliff
Jede Stump Bar verfügt über einen Edelstahlschaft und eine von Rogue entwickelte mattschwarze Aufnahmenoberfläche. Edelstahl kennt keine Rivalen, wenn es um Oxidationsbeständigkeit geht, und es ist auch hervorragend, um das ursprünglich beabsichtigte Gefühl der Rändelung beizubehalten. Unser neues Sleeve-Finishing-Verfahren ist ebenfalls einzigartig effektiv, da es die Oberfläche des Stahls umwandelt, anstatt es zu beschichten, wodurch die langfristige Korrosionsbeständigkeit und Farbbeständigkeit des mattschwarzen Finishs erheblich erhöht wird.

*Die Garantie gegen Verbiegen gilt nicht für Stangen, die durch nachlässige oder unsachgemäße Verwendung, Veränderung, Wartung, Lagerung oder Handhabung durch den Benutzer beschädigt wurden. Nachlässige und unsachgemäße Verwendung beinhaltet falsches Fallenlassen der Stange (z. B. Fallenlassen der Stange auf einer Box, Bank, Spotter Arms oder Pins in einem Power Rack, übermäßiges Fallenlassen mit unzureichenden bzw. beschädigten Scheiben oder übermäßiges Fallenlassen mit Eisenscheiben, sowie ähnliche Anwendungen). Sollte ein Kunde aufgrund eines bestimmten Problems mit einem Rogue-Produkt unzufrieden sein, wird der Fall individuell bewertet. Wir haben festgestellt, dass die meisten von uns ausgetauschten Stangen aufgrund von unsachgemäßer Verwendung, nicht durch Verarbeitungs- oder Materialfehler, beschädigt wurden.
