RACKABLE SHORT BAR
Designed as a “shorty” version of our flagship Cerakote Ohio Bar, the 15KG Rogue C-70S Bar combines the multipurpose use of the Ohio Bar with the compact design of our C-70 Bar, while still allowing the bar to be racked in a power rack or squat stand. This allows you to perform all strength movements, from the squat, bench press, and deadlift, to Olympic lifts‒clean and snatch, while in the tight confines of a home or garage gym, or a busy training facility.
EFFICIENCY MEETS FUNCTIONALITY
The compact design doesn’t equate to lifting light weight. With a loadable sleeve length of almost 9" this bar has the capacity for (3) 45lb competition style bumpers or (5) standard iron plates on each end, while still leaving ample room for collars. The 52” spacing between the sleeves allows this bar to be racked on any standard power rack or squat stand. This barbell allows for a wide range of strength movements from the rack or floor, all within limited space constraints.
For those looking to maximize the weight on shorter sleeves, the Rogue USA Olympic Plates or Rogue KG Calibrated Plates will allow you to exceed a 700lb+ total bar load.

This graph correlates the F Rating™ of a barbell with different types of usage in order to predict the durable lifespan. TENSILE STRENGTH
Expressed in PSI, tensile strength measures the maximum weight a barbell can support before deforming. The 190K tensile strength falls within the optimal range of not bending under normal use, yet not been inflated to the point that it will shorten the life of the bar.
BARBELL KNURLING EXPLAINED
Our signature knurl, designed for multi-purpose use, provides a firm grip without being abrasive. This falls in the middle of the road on the knurl scale, striking a balance without being overly aggressive or passive.

Key Features of the Rogue C-70S Bar:
Revolutionäre Kompatibilität mit dem Rack
Das designtechnisch wahrscheinlich wichtigste Merkmal der C-70S: Die Stange passt bequem in die meisten Standard-Powerracks und Kniebeugenständer. Damit ist sie vom Funktionsumfang her den gängigen Kurzstangen weit überlegen. Die Aufnahmen sind bei diesem Modell kürzer gehalten. Der Abstand von 52 Zoll (132 Zentimetern) zwischen den Aufnahme entspricht aber der Vollformat-Hantel. Das ermöglicht dir Übungen, die zuvor mit kurzen Hantelstangen nicht sinnvoll waren – wie etwa das Reißen und Kniebeugen mit der Stange über dem Kopf. Ein wichtiger Hinweis: Der beladbare Anteil der Aufnahmen ist mit 8,875 Zoll (22,54 Zentimetern) nur etwa halb so lang wie bei der Ohio Bar mit ihren 16,4 Zoll (41,6 Zentimetern). Damit liegt sie auch etwas unter der nicht mit Racks kompatiblen C-70 Bar, bei der du 12 Zoll (30,48 Zentimeter) der Aufnahmen beladen kannst. Die Rändelung ist bei der C-70S in der Mitte ausgesetzt. Stattdessen ist zentral auf dem Schaft das Rogue Logo in die Cerakote-Beschichtung eingearbeitet.
PLATZSPARENDES UND EFFIZIENTES DESIGN
Kurze Hantelstangen spielen ihre Vorteile nicht nur auf engen Wettkampfbahnen aus. Auch in großen Fitness-Studios können mit der C-70S mehr Sportler gleichzeitig üben. Im engen Heimstudio kannst du dank des kürzeren Schafts von nur 72 statt 86,75 Zoll (182,9 statt 220,4 Zentimetern) ganz normal olympisches Gewichtheben trainieren. Die C-70S ermöglicht dir beim Reißen eine ganz normale Handhaltung – wobei mit diesem Modell mehr Trainingsfläche freibleibt und du die Hantel zwischen den Workouts leichter ablegen kannst.
STRAPAZIERFÄHIGKEIT DER STUFE F-16R
Wie die Ohio Bar – unsere Vollformat-Hantel – stellen wir auch die C-70S in den USA her. Zu weiteren Gemeinsamkeiten zählen die doppelten Markierungen in der Rändelung, die hochwertigen Bronze-Gleitlager sowie ein 28 Millimeter starker Stahlschaft mit einer Zugkraft von 190.000 PSI. Das keramikbasierte Finish ist vor allem in der Waffenproduktion beliebt, wegen seiner Strapazierfähigkeit selbst bei dünnem Auftrag. Der Überzug liefert herausragende Leistungen, was die langfristige Abrieb-, Verschleiß- und Korrosionsresistenz angeht. Das Finish ist in diesen Punkten bis zu 100-mal effektiver als herkömmliches schwarzes Zink.
