The Rogue Monster Multi-Use Rack Roller is a versatile rack attachment designed to elevate your training experience across a variety of movements. Featuring a 6” diameter revolving pad, it excels as a platform for lat pulldowns, hip thrusts, a leg roller, a foot catch for glute ham raises, and more.
Weighing in at only 31LB, this rack roller is lightweight yet sturdy, making it easy to adjust and secure with the included detent pins. Its offset adjustment holes allow for precise 1” adjustments when used on uprights with 2” hole spacing, enabling you to find the perfect height setting for each exercise. The UHMW lined brackets protect your rack from metal-on-metal contact, ensuring durability and longevity for your investment.

EINFACHES SET-UP
Compatible ONLY with Rogue Monster Series units, the Monster Multi-Use Rack Roller offers space efficiency and convenience for any size gym, as the attachment ships fully assembled and can be quickly installed and taken down as you move through your workout. The roller features formed channels on each end that can be secured to the uprights using the provided pair of 1" Monster detent pins.

Dial in your exact height setting on the Monster Multi-Use Rack Roller with its offset hole spacing, allowing for 1” adjustments. The 1” detent pins can quickly be removed for easy adjustments if you need to change exercises or adjust for different users.
