Con un peso de 41 LBS, estos cajones Echo boxes no tienen el mismo peso que la caja Games Box estándar de espuma de Rogue (que pesa 58 LBS), pero son muy fáciles de transportar y relativamente fáciles de manejar y apilar.
ATENCIÓN: NO usar las cajas pliométricas de espuma en suelos lisos (madera, hormigón liso, baldosas, etc.). Rogue recomienda encarecidamente que los atletas prueben la estabilidad de esta unidad antes de cada uso.

Safety first
I own other wooden boxes and I'm always anxious when other people come jump. With this Rogue Echo Foam box there is no anxiety.

Great box until I moved
Packed this and moved across country, but the shape never came back. After just 6 days in a moving truck the shape never restored. The box is not usable now.

Put it to us
I’m 300lbs and I’ve done box jumps and step up with the 135 on the barbell. The box is perfect and it should last a long time

Bad quality
Very surprised with the quality from rogue here, got 2 of these, they get very light use yet didn't take long for debris of sand and pebbles to start coming out the sides. Absolute nuisance the mess it causes. Would not recommend for use on the 30" side either.

Filled with sand and gravel
These boxes are filled with sand and gravel. I have kept them inside my gym the whole time, and I started to notice debris coming out of the corners. When I opened it up there was sand and rocks in it. Upon closer inspection I noticed part of the foam delaminating and that's where its coming from. Rogue tried to tell me these aren't sealed units and debris can get into them... No not full on rock and pebbles... nice try Rogue
